    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sampling apparatus, having a low-cost structure for promoting the disposability, used for a standard industrial port commonly seen in a fluid receptacle, and extracting several fine sterilized fluid samples during a single sterilization period and/or before disposal.
      SOLUTION: The invention provides the fluid sampling apparatus having a port insertion section, a plurality of flexible conduits, and a plurality of sample vessels. The port insertion section includes a body, through which a plurality of the shafts pass, and a sample gate means for individually opening and closing one of the shafts for passing the fluid. The number of flexible conduits is the same as the number of elongate members. Each flexible conduit is connected to the individual shaft or communicates with the individual shaft by means of fluid. The number of sample vessels is the same as the number of the conduits. Each sample vessel is connected to the individual conduit, on aside opposite to the side of connection with the shaft.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sampling device that is sufficiently inexpensive in its construction to promote single-use disposability, capable of being used in standard industrial ports commonly found in fluid receptacles, and capable of several good sterile fluid sample withdrawals per sterilization cycle and/or prior to being exhausted. SOLUTION: The fluid sampling device includes a port insert, a plurality of flexible conduits, and a plurality of sample containers. The port insert comprises a body having a plurality of shafts therethrough and sample gating means for individually opening and closing any of the shafts to enable the flow of fluid therethrough. The flexible conduits are equal in number to the elongate member, and each flexible conduit is connected to or otherwise in fluid communication with an individual shaft. The sample containers are equal in number to the conduits, and each sample container is connected to an individual conduit on the side opposite to the connection to the shaft. The same number of the containers for samples as the conduits are provided and each connected to the conduits on the side opposite to the side connected to the shafts.
