摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a good welding quality by feeding to the elliptical repairing groove engraved on a repairing defective part the electrode W which is revolvable centering around a welding wire and made about in parallel thereto and the welding wire and by forming the welding bead with traveling. CONSTITUTION:A welding wire 1 is fed vertically inside a repairing groove 10 by the insulating tip 2 which is provided in parallel to the electrifying body 3 with W electrode 4 at its tip part. The whole welding torch body consisting of the welding wire 1, insulating tip 2, electrifying body 3 and W electrode 4 is held traveling capably by the traveling mechanism inside the repairing groove 10 of the base metal 8 and to the welding wire 1 the current in the same direction with that of a welding arc 5 is fed continuously or intermittently from the wire heating power source. The W electrode 4 performs the continuous welding along the prescribed sequence by the traveling mechanism. The same welding quality as that of the ordinary TIG welding joint is thus obtd. and the welding operability can be improved as well.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize an arc and to improve the toughness of weld metal by using a pulse power source having the specific number of pulses and using shielding gas with a low mixing ratio of CO2 and O2. CONSTITUTION:The pulse power source 1 having a pulse generator 2 with the number of pulses 300-1000pps is provided and a welding bed 3 and a bomb 9 for the shielding gas such as CO2, Ar, etc., are arranged. The shielding gas is supplied from the shielding gas bomb 9 to the welding bed 3 by regulating its pressure and flow rate by a regulator 7 and a current impressed with a pulse from the power source 1 is conducted to the welding bed 3 and an object 10 to be welded and a wire 6 is fed to the welding bed 3 to perform the welding. Since the energy density becomes high by taking in the pulse, even if the mixing ratio of CO2 and O2 is low, the arc is stabilized. Further, since the contents of N and O in the weld metal are reduced, the toughness of the weld metal is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a welding quality and welding operability by welding by inserting a tungsten electrode and welding wire with access thereto inside the hole after removing in a small area the defective part of the defect generated in a welding zone. CONSTITUTION:The electrifying body 3 fitting the welding wire 1 and tungsten electrode 4 and insulating tip 2 are integrally turned at the position apart in several mm from the hole wall inside the hole part 7a of a base metal 7 and the current in the same direction as that of the welding arc is continuously or intermittently fed via the feeding tip from a wire heating power source 11 to the welding wire 1 to perform the welding with the welding arc 5 directed for the hole wall direction of the base metal 7. The welding work man-hour is thus reduced and the welding quality and welding operability can be improved as well.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate sealing work with a sealing body comprising a plug assembly for sealing a sealant inlet by enlarging the diameter of the skirt portion of a sleeve by means of engagement of a plug having an external thread with the sleeve having an internal thread, and pressing the skirt portion into contact with the inlet. CONSTITUTION:In a sealed container for retaining volatile liquids, its upper opening equipped with a flange 21 is closed by a lid 19 and the lid is secured in place by screws or the like and a peripheral groove 22 formed in the upper surface of the flange 21 is filled with a gelled sealant 23 to ensure that the container is hermetically sealed. In this case, a sealing body for sealing a sealant inlet is comprised of a plug 1 and a sleeve 8 for engagement with the plug 1. After the sleeve 8 is inserted into an inlet 24 formed in the lid 19 with the skirt portion 11 of the sleeve being reduced in diameter, the diameter of the skirt portion 11 is enlarged by screwing the plug 1 to the sleeve 8 with a hexagonal wrench and the skirt portion 11 is pressed against the inner surface of the inlet 24 and also the chamfered portion 7 of the plug 1 is pressed into contact with a taper hole surface 12b to achieve sealing.
