And the other part is surrounded by the airtight insulator 13, and the carrier block and the semiconductor element part are put in airtight structure. Accordingly, even if the heat conductivity of the semiconductor element part 11 drops and the temperature rises on the heat radiation side, the quantity of heat conducted to the cooling side falls, and the temperature on the cooling side can be lowered. Especially, by deairing the porous substance 14, high heat insulation can be gotten with low degree of vacuum, and also the junction between the thermoelectric semiconductor 11 and the electrode 12 is of airtight structure, so the inside is deaired. Hereby, dewing does not occur at and around the junction interface, so the deterioration of this part can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To enable manufacturing of high-density molded body having uniform composition, by a method wherein a quality of liquid within slurry is at most four times as much as of real volume of a powder, a dispersant is made to contain within the slurry and a mean particle diameter of the powder body is made specific. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic powder body is put into a pot made of polyethylene, in which zirconia round stone is put along with ethanol, which is pulverized and a powder body whose mean particle diameter is at most 1mum is obtained. Then powder body along with the ethanol and a dispersant are mixed up one another, which are made into uniform slurry and molded by an electrophoretic electgrodeposition method the quantity of a liquid is reduced so that the same becomes under four times as much as of real volume of the ceramic powder body. Then a matter having high molding density is obtained in a molded of slurry, to which a large quantity of the dispersant id added, by the electrophoretic electrodeposition method. The density of the molded body is more high especially in a matter where a quantity of the liquid made not exceed two times as much as of the real volume of the powder body. In the case where particle diameters of the powder bodies are of the same extent, it is found that the more quality of the liquid becomes small the higher the density can be molded.
