    • PURPOSE:To supply a laminated material having great strength and high acoustic and heat insulation properties stably at a low cost, by laminating a plurality of lignocellulose stems which have been cut and rolled. CONSTITUTION:A rolled stem 4 whose one side is composed of the skin 1a of the stem 1 is formed by cutting the lignocellulose stem 1 with a knife 2 in the direction of a fiber and rolling the same by a rolling mill 3. Sheetlike members 5 are formed by arranging a plurality of rolling stems 4 in parallel with each other. A laminated material 10 is manufactured by a method wherein a resinous adhesive agent is applied to the sheetlike members 5 and hot press molding is performed by a press machine by piling up the sheetlike members 5 one upon another. Although the various lignocellulose stems are available, a kaoliang stem is preferable. Pressure to be applied to the stem by the rolling mill 3 is selected out of a range of 0.5-10kg/cm . It is preferable that the rolling stem 4 is arranged by sliding a node 1c of the same from the node1c of the next rolling stem 4. A kind or two or more kinds adhesive agents are selected out of an insocyanate series adhesive agent or thermosetting resinous adhesive agent or normal-temperature setting resinous adhesive agent or aqueous emulsion resinous adhesive agent.

    • PURPOSE:To improve soundproofing performance such as vibration-damping property, vibration-proofing property or the like and increase strength by a method wherein vegetable chip, as a base material, is blended with synthetic resin series adhesive agent as binder together with foam chip to effect pressure- sensitive molding. CONSTITUTION:The vegetable chip, as the base material, is blended with synthetic resin series adhesive agent as binder together with foam chip pulverized into arbitrary grain size to mold it by hot pressing. Any of lauan, larch, Douglus fir, pulp fiber, bamboo fiber or the like can be used as the vegetable chip. Rubber foam, such as natural rubber, neoplane, SBR, NBR or the like, and thermosetting resin foam such as phenolic resin, urea resin or the like are used as the foam chip independently respectively or in the mixed series of two kinds or more. Further, thermosetting resin adhesive agent, the thermoplastic resin adhesive agent, MDI series isocyanate compound series adhesive agent, self-emulsifiable type isocyanate compound series adhesive agent or the like may be used as the synthetic resin series adhesive agent.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a light and high intensity laminated material capable of being manufactured efficiently in a simple process by laminating a plurality of kaoliang stem layers of which a plurality of kaoliang stem layers having a skin, core and joint not to be cut-opened in the fibre direction are arranged to be parallel to and close contact with one another, and adhering respective kaoliang stems in a flat state one another. CONSTITUTION:A laminated material 10 consists of laminating kaoliang stem layers, and the kaoliang stem layers are formed in such a manner that a plurality of kaoliang stem still having a skin 1a, core 1b and joint 1c are arranged to be parallel to and close contact with one another after degreasing the skin 1a of a kaoliang stem 1. For making the kaoliang stem 1 to be flat, a process is given singly by a rolling machine or pressing machine. As the kaoliang stem layers comprising temporarily rolled kaoliang stems are press-molded to be a desired thickness by the pressing machine, it is preferable because of becoming a higher intensity laminated material. An adhesive agent is applied to the one or both surfaces of the kaoliang stem layers. Isocyanate resin adhesive agent, thermosetting adhesive agent, cold setting adhesive agent, water emulsion resin adhesive agent or hot-melt adhesive agent are used as the adhesive agent.
