摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm for an electroacoustic transducer which is lightweight and highly rigid, has adequate internal loss and superior watertightness, excellent sound quality, and superior productivity by forming the diaphragm of synthetic resin by using a molding method which reduces independent spaces as much as possible and increasing the cavity capacity of a structure close to a paper-made diaphragm after injection and compression. SOLUTION: The diaphragm for the electroacoustic transducer is molded out of a resin material, obtained by mixing synthetic resin and glass fiber, by expanding the cavity capacity after injection and compression. The resin material has continuous gaps 13 formed inside by using the reaction force of the glass fiber when the resin material expands.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant fiber-reinforced resin composition having high heat distortion temperature and usable in high-temperature circumstances. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) a noncrystalline thermoplastic resin forming a matrix phase with a glass transition point Ta, (B) a thermoplastic resin forming forming a dispersed phase with a melting point Mb or glass transition point Tb and (C) reinforcing fibers. This composition has a heat distortion temperature ≥20°C higher than the glass transition point Ta. SOLUTION: Fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pellets having a total length of 3-100 mm and containing 15-90 wt.% of fibers having length equal to the total length and arranged in parallel to each other are melted and kneaded to be injected (compressed) and charged in a mold cavity and the vol. of the mold cavity is expanded to produce an expanded molded article. In this method, (1) the cavity interval of the principal part of a mold at the time of the filling of a resin is set to 0.1-1.5 mm, (2) the temp. of the mold is set to (Tc-50 deg.C)-(Tc) on the basis of crystallizing temp. (Tc) in the case of a crystalline resin and set to (Tg-50 deg.C)-(Tg) on the basis of glass transition temp. (Tg) in the case of an amorphous resin and (3) an injection filling time is set to 4 sea or less.

The molding material contains fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin pellets with an overall length of 3-100 mm containing 20-90 wt.% of fibers which are equal in length to the overall length of the pellets and are arranged in rows and in parallel with each other, is melted and kneaded. Further, this mixture is injected or injection- compressed into the cavity of a molding die and expansion-molded by increasing the volume of the cavity.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a surface smoothness failure phenomenon such as shrinkage or surge of moldings from being generated by filling a mold cavity with a foamable thermoplastic resin containing fibers by injection or injection compression and then injecting a gas into a molten resin after the start of volume expansion following the step to expand the volume of the mold cavity. SOLUTION: First a mold is positioned by moving a movable half 2 of the mold forward so that the clearance of a mold cavity is D1. Next a foamable thermoplastic resin containing fibers equivalent to the volume of the mold cavity 5 is injected and packaged into the cavity 5. After that, the volume of the mold cavity is expanded by moving the movable half 2 backward and a gas is injected into a molten resin through gas injection orifices 7, 8 after the start of expanding the volume. When the movable half 2 is moved backward, the clearance D2 of the mold cavity equivalent to the volume of the final moldings is set under control. Thus it is possible to certainly expand the resin to the shape of the final moldings and at the same time, prevent a surface smoothness failure phenomenon such as an inverted blister or a surge from occurring.
