      SOLUTION: The electromagnetic switch has a terminal bolt base material 13b which is embedded in a resin case and on the one end portion of which a fixed contact point member 13a is fixed. The terminal bolt base material 13b has a copper (Cu) plated layer on a connection side end surface made of iron-based steel, and the fixed contact point member 13a is made of a copper alloy, and the connection side end surface is plated with a tin (Sn) layer and is connected with the terminal bolt base material 13b by a resistance ohmic heating.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal form suitable for Tig welding (an arc welding method of a gas-shield nonconsumable electrode system) which is not affected by dimensional accuracy between terminals to be connected, concerning the connection of lead wires from electrical components of an electric generator a vehicle. SOLUTION: The purpose is achieved by providing a crossed projection longer than the volume of the welding part of a terminal in the vicinity of the welding part, and controlling the welding depth of welding by a heat capacity difference arising from the difference of the volumes, or controlling welding by accelerating heat radiation. Accordingly, the depth of welding becomes stable without being affected by the dimensional accuracy between terminals, thus providing an AC generator for a vehicle high in reliability in the connection of the lead wires from the electric components.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours for fabrication and realize uniform organization using a phosphor-copper brazing material as a bonding material and providing an annular groove to place the phosphor copper brazing material at the end part of the end ring. SOLUTION: A plurality of rotor conductors 2 are inserted and arranged in the same pitch into a laminated rotor core 1 and an end ring 3 having the slot grooves in the same pitch as the rotor core 1 is inserted and arranged to the end part of the rotor conductor 2 projected from the end part. The end part of the rotor conductor and the end ring 3 are joined by the brazing with the phosphor-copper brazing material, but the end ring 3 is provided with an end face annular groove to place the ring type phosphor-copper brazing material. When it is heated by a high frequency power supply, it is fused for the brazing. All rotor conductors 2 make a continuity. Thereby, a cage of the cage type rotor is formed and a shaft 4 is inserted and fixed at the center of rotation to form the rotor. Thereby, all slots of the single side end ring are formed simultaneously with fluxless method, realizing reduction in man-hours and uniform organization of the junction area.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the state of an air fuel ratio in a broad range and to improve heat resistance and durability, by forming a thin film layer that is formed on a surface of a plasma flame coating layer by a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) method so that the thin film layer is finer than the plasma flame coating layer. CONSTITUTION:A detector is formed by the following way: porous electrodes 2 and 3 having catalytic property are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of a solid state electrolyte element 1 having oxygen-ion conducting property; and a gas-diffusion resistance layer 4 for determining the rate of passing gas is applied on the surface of the electrode 2 of said electrodes 2 and 3 which is arranged on the side of a gas atmosphere to be measured. In the resistance layer 4, at least one layer is a plasma flame coating layer 4a using an electricity insulating metal oxide having an adequate grain size and the other layer is a thin film layer 4b which is formed on the plasma flame coating layer 4a by a PVD method. The thin film layer 4b is a layer that is finer than the flame coating layer 4a. In this way, thermal stress due to the difference between the thermal expansion coefficients of the resistance layer 4 and the element 1 is decreased, and the occurrence of cracks can be prevented.
