    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption chiller/heater capable of preventing degradation of cooling capacity by immediately switching from heating operation to cooling operation. SOLUTION: The absorption chiller/heater comprises regenerators 1-2, a condenser 3, an evaporator 4, an absorber 5, a high temperature heat exchanger 6, a low temperature heat exchanger 7, a solution pump 8, and a refrigerant pump 9. These devices are operatively communicated to conduct dilution operation for circulating an absorption solution between the regenerators 1-2 and the absorber 5 in stopping the cooling operation or in providing cooling capacity. A discharge side of the refrigerant pump 9 and the absorber 5 are communicated by a refrigerant blow piping 11 having a motor operated valve 12 in the middle. The motor operated valve 12 is opened for a predetermined period of time in switching the heating operation to the cooling operation and in interlocking with the dilution operation to blow a part of refrigerant liquid in the evaporator 4 to the absorber 5.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed type heat source system capable of providing a low head pump even when a steam temperature is high.
      SOLUTION: In the closed type heat source system, a circulation path is composed of a steam generator 1, a heat exchanger 7 for deriving a heat source, and a water supply pump 4, steam of the steam generator 1 is introduced to the heat exchanger 7, and water condensed by heat exchange with a heating medium in the heat exchanger 7 is sent into the steam generator 1 by the water supply pump 4. A communication piping 8 is provided for communicating an outlet side of the steam generator 1 with an inlet side of the water supply pump 4, the communication piping 8 is provided with a water storage tank 9, and a restrictor 10 is provided in a communication piping 8 portion connecting the water storage tank 9 and the outlet side of the steam generator 1.
