    • PURPOSE: To adjust classification characteristics variably by installing more than one blade which can adjust an angle in the lower part of an inner cylinder installed to discharge purified gas outside with an opening in the lower part faced the upper part of a separation chamber. CONSTITUTION: In a variable classification type cyclone equipped with a gas intake 1 for introducing exhaust gas and an inner cylinder 6 for discharging purified gas, more than one blade 7 which can adjust an angle is installed in the lower part of the inner cylinder 6. The blades 7 are connected interlockingly with each other by a link member and can change an angle by an actuator 9 such as a solenoid to be able to adjust classification characteristics changeably. In this way, when a revolving current collides against the blades 7, coarse particles loses inertia force and falls downward to be stored in a dust banker 4, while only fine particles are discharged from the inner cylinder 6 to be collected by a filter 11. In this process, a controller 8 computes a pressure loss on the basis of the signal of a pressure detection means 12 and controls the actuator 9 to minimize the pressure loss.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent reading errors and to facilitate the processing and control of data by inputting computed analog signals and A/D-converted digital signals into a recorder, and imparting the recording function of waveforms and characters to the recorder. CONSTITUTION:Analog signals as measured data from an analyzer 1 are amplified in an amplifier 2. A part of the signals is amplified in an integrator 3 for a specified time. The signals are inputted into a recorder 4, and the waveforms are recorded. The remaining part becomes the digital signals in an A/D converter 5. The signals are operated in a microcomputer 6, and the characters are printed on the recorder 4 through a communication interface 8. At this time, a clock device 7 sends out a preset time-base signal into the computer 6. The recorder 4 has the functions for the waveform recording for the analog signals and the character printing of the digital signals. Therefore, the data can be found in real time. Thus, reading errors can be prevented, and the processing and control of the data can be readily performed.

    • PURPOSE:To enable highly accurate measurement to be conducted even if using a rather simple dilutor by obtaining a multiple of calibration gas concentration against analyzer output of the calibration gas. CONSTITUTION:For instance, sample gas SG containing each 30ppm of an SO2 and an H2S, and dilution gas DG are introduced into a dilutor 1 of which diluting rate is 1/98.5, and consequently the SG being diluted to 1/98.5 is introduced into a converter 3. The H2S in the SG is oxidized and converted into an SO2 and therefore a total concentration of the SO2 increases to 60ppm. However, because of the dilution, actual concentration becomes to be 60/98.5=0.609ppm and therefore output signal a of an SO2 analyzer 4 which full scale range is 1ppm, indicates 0.609ppm. On the other hand, output signal K of the analyzer 4 for calibration gas KG of which concentration is 80ppm, in case of calibration thereof, is 80/98.5=0.812ppm, and a calculation control part 5 multiplied the signal K by 80/0.812 98.5, in order to adjust the value to 80ppm. Accordingly, since the value is multiplied by 98.5 even in the case of SG measurement, the value of 0.609ppm finally becomes 60ppm and then the control part 5 outputs the very value as concentration signal b.
