摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a car running speed from increasing and a canceling process by disconnecting a clutch means and maintaining a working member, which performs a car speed control, in a free condition when the car running speed exceeds a predetermined car speed set higher by a predetermined value than a preset car speed. CONSTITUTION:A working member 4 is connected to a motor 2 of an actuator 1 through a magnet clutch 3, while a throttle valve 6 is connected to the working member 4 through a throttle wire 5. Accordingly, when the magnet clutch 3 is connected, the throttle valve 6 is opened and closed following rotating the motor 2. An excitation coil 10 of the magnet clutch 3 is controlled by a control circuit 7 being based on a detection signal from a car speed sensor 11. Now when a car running speed exceeds a preset car speed set higher by a predetermined value than a preset car speed, the magnet clutch 3 is disconnected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a clutch means from frequently performing its disconnection control following increasing a car speed by performing a deceleration control larger than usual thereafter disconnecting the clutch means when a car running speed increases higher than a preset car speed. CONSTITUTION:An operating member 4 is connected to a motor 2 of an actuator 1 through a magnet clutch 3, while a throttle valve 6 is connected to the operating member 4 through a throttle wire 5. An excitation coil 10 of the magnet clutch 3 is controlled by a control circuit 7 being based on a detection signal from a car speed sensor 11. In this case, when a car running speed exceeds the first upper limit value higher than a preset car speed, a deceleration control larger than usual is performed. Further when the car running speed exceeds the second upper limit value higher than the first upper limit value, the magnet clutch 3 is disconnected.
