摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the weaving by providing a first nozzle to eject the first shield gas in the direction of the welding position along the outer circumference of an electrode, a second nozzle to eject the second shield gas along the outer circumference of the ejection flow of the first shield gas, and a third nozzle to eject the third shield gas toward a groove part along the outer circumference of the ejected flow of the second shield gas. SOLUTION: When the welding is performed while the TIG filler material 5 is fed from a wire touch 4, the first shield gas 12A is ejected in the direction of the welding position 3A along the outer circumference of an electrode 2 from a first nozzle 12 in a narrow gap 3B. Similarly, the second shield gas 13A is ejected along the outer circumference of the ejected flow of the first shield gas 12A from a second nozzle 13 is a narrow gap 3B, and the third shield gas 14 A is ejected so as to surround the second shield gas. The sealability is improved by the first shield gas 12A to reduce the amount of the ejected gas from the third nozzle 14, the size of the third nozzle 14 is reduced, and the view field of the welding position 3A is expanded to improve the workability and to realize the excellent welding.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the electrolytic corrosion while using thin corrosion resistant plate materials by coating a surface of a steel plate forming plural grooves on the surface with an insulating adhesive, fitting plural strips having projections for fitting to the grooves, into the grooves and welding the corrosion resistant plate material so as to cover a gap interval between the strips on the surface of the strips. SOLUTION: On a steel plate 3, a plurality of grooves 2 are parallel formed, and the insulating adhesive 4 is applied on the surface of the steel plate 3. Plural titanium strips 6 formed as U-shaped cross section in both side edge parts are fitted into the grooves 2 with the projections 5 for fitting into one pair of grooves 2. The titanium sheet material 7 is set so as to cover the steel plate 3 surface of the gap between the adjacent titanium strips 6 and this titanium sheet material 7 is lap-welded to the titanium strips 6 to obtain a complex corrosion resistant plate material 1. In the case of fitting plural lines of the complex corrosion resistant plate material 1 in the groove 2 direction, it is desirable to apply sealing material so as to cover the joining part between the lines.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shield gas nozzle from hitting a vertical plate material, even if a welding torch is erected to the vertical plate material side, by separating a welding wire and the shield gas nozzle so as to shift each to the side, and installing them through an attaching fixture so that the gas exhaust port of the shield gas nozzle faces the tip of the wire. SOLUTION: A welding torch 6 is equipped with a welding wire 7 that is successively fed to the prescribed position of a groove 4 provided on an object 1 to be welded, and with a shield gas nozzle 8 that is arranged in a position slightly receded from the tip 7a of the welding wire 7. The wire 7 and the nozzle 8 are separated, each shifted to the side, and attached to the torch through an attaching fixture 22 so that the gas exhaust port of the nozzle 8 faces the tip 7a of the wire 7. Therefore, the nozzle 8 is prevented from hitting a vertical plate material 2 even if the torch 6 is erected, unnecessitating the formation of an inclined face in the groove 4.
