      SOLUTION: The facility monitor system comprises a facility monitor terminal 2, a local monitor device 19, and a remote monitor device 21 which monitor facilities and devices; and the facility monitor terminal 2 is equipped with a sensor input and conversion part 11, a processing and arithmetic part 12, a storage and holding part 14, an external information input part 13, and a transmission part 15 to which a transmission medium 18 is connected, the local monitor device 19 is connected by a transmission medium 20, and the remote monitor device 21 is equipped with a storage and holding part which stores and holds monitor and maintenance control information of the facilities and devices 1 and a transmission part which sends and receives data, information and signals to and from outer sides 22 and 23 and the local monitor device 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool arc and lead it to a discharge port so as to enhance the cutoff property to a large current, by arranging an arch extinguisher in the position opposed to the rotation locus of a mobile contact carrier on the side of an arch discharge port. SOLUTION: An arch-extinguishing chamber is arranged so that a fixed contact may oppose a mobile contact at the bottom, and also it is made along the locus of the mobile insulating stand 7 whose aperture 8 opens and closes on the side, facing the rotation center of a mobile contact carrier, of a casing 2, and the mobile contact carrier 7 is passed into the aperture 8. The casing 2 restrains arc generated between contacts from flowing out to the side of an opening/closing mechanism or the side of an operation lever. Moreover, at the mounting part of the fixed contact carrier, only the fixed contact 6a and the arc runner 9 annexed to it are exposed within the casing 2, and other sections are covered with an insulating board.
