    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute sound recording service on the standpoint of copyright protection by operating an alarm device when an unapproved CD-R is set and operation is started, questioning a person desiring sound recording whether this person agrees to bear copyright fees and forcing the person to manipulate a copyright corresponding processing instruction device. SOLUTION: The operation is started by setting etching CD-R. when the CD-R9 is decided to be unapproved by an approval signal decision device 11. The alarm device 12 is operated to inform the person desiring sound recording of the fact that this CD-R9 is not officially approved by a management agency. The person is then questioned as to whether the person agrees to bear the copyright fees or not. As against this, when the person desiring sound recording agrees to bear the copyright fees and the copyright corresponding processing instruction device 13 is manipulated, an approval signal writing device 14 is operated and the approval signal is written to the CD-R9 set at a CD-R drive assembly 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance energy saving effect by composing the rear surface material for fixing the heater of electric carpet of a fibrous material, providing a heat reflective film on one side of the fibrous material, and providing a sheet material having a hermetic air layer thereby shielding heat being radiated from a heater to the floor face. SOLUTION: A heater 8 fixed to a rear surface material 6 touching the floor face is covered with a surface material 5 to constitute an electric carpet body 2 and a heat reflective film 14 is provided on one side of a fibrous material 9 composing the rear surface material 6 and applied with a sheet material 10 having a hermetic air layer 13. Solid polyester fiber of 10 denier is employed as the fibrous material 9 while a polyethylene sheet of 500 μm thick is employed as two layer sheet members 11, 12 composing the sheet material 10 and a substantially hemispherical air layer 13 having vertex at the point where the cross- section touches the floor is formed between the fibrous material 9 and the sheet material 10 when they are thermally bonded. The heat reflective film 14 is formed by depositing aluminum and has thickness of about 50 μm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high heating efficiency by accommodating heated material in a small space formed by a support base made of metal so as to support a rotating pan, and a metallic net body placed on the rotating pan and provided with right-angled parallel lines, and irradiating secondary radiation from the right-angled parallel lines. SOLUTION: A heated material is accommodated in a small space 12 surrounded by a support base and a net-shape body 5. Microwave generated by a magnetron 8 is supplied to a heating chamber 1 from a feed port 7 through a wave guide 9. Electromagnetic coupling is generated to the net body 5 near the feed port 7, and even a small quantity of heated material is heated with high efficiency by the concentration of microwave. In the case of a peripheral member of the net body 5 being opposite to the feed port 7, microwave radiated to upper space of the heating chamber 1 without heated material is irregularly reflected and is electromagnetically coupled to right-angled parallel lines 17, 18, 19 so as to be radiated secondarily and directly to the heated material. The microwave radiated toward the small space 12 with the heated material accommodated is absorbed by the heated material without irregular reflection.
