    • PURPOSE:To form through-via conductors which do not have open-circuits and voids at accurate positions by a method wherein a number of through-holes are made by a laser process and filling material is solidified. CONSTITUTION:Through-hole 12 are made by a laser process at the required positions of an insulating substrate 11 made of baked ceramic. Metal films 13 are applied to the inner walls of the through-holes 12 and the surface layers 11a of the substrate 11. Then filling material 14 made of molten metal is put into the through-holes 12 and parts of the solidified filling material 14 protruding from the surface and rear of the substrate 11 and the metal films 13 on the surface layers 11a are removed by polishing to form through-via conductors 15 which provide electrical continuity between the surface and rear of the insulating substrate 11. Thus, by making the through-holes 12 by a laser process at the required positions of the insulating substrate 11 made of ceramic, the through-via conductors 15 can be formed at accurate positions and, as the through-via conductors 15 are composed of the filling material 14 and the metal films 13, open-circuits and voids in the through-via conductors 15 themselves can be completely avoided.

    • PURPOSE:To produce a sintered member at a low cost without carrying out a sintering stage by forming a green compact in a forming stage and passing it through a steam blackening stage to form an oxide film on the green compact optionally after dewaxing and to carry out bonding and solidification. CONSTITUTION:When an iron-base sintered member is produced, iron powder 1 is mixed with a lubricant 2 in a mixing stage I and a green compact 3 of the mixture is formed in a forming stage II. The green compact 3 is then passed through a steam blackening stage III, where it is dewaxed by preheating in a preheating part (a) and treated at a low temp. in a treating part (b) by feeding steam to form an oxide film 5 on the green compact 3. The green compact 3 having the oxide film 5 is cooled in a cooling part (c) to produce a sintered member 4'. The whole surface of the green compact 3 is coated with the oxide film 5 and the particles in the surface layer are bonded together and solidified, so a sintering stage is made unnecessary to shorten producing stages. A low-cost member can be provided to a field where very high strength is not required.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a gap at the interface of a via from being produced and to prevent the via from falling off by a method wherein a particle of a prescribed diameter is sprayed by using the compressed air of a prescribed pressure and a conductive material and a metal film which have adhered to the surface and the rear of a ceramic substrate are removed before a polishing process. CONSTITUTION:After a melting and immersion process, a metal film 3 and a conductive material 4 are removed by a removal process in which a particle 5, of a prescribed particle diameter D, composed of a hard material crashes against the surface and the rear 1A, 1B of a ceramic substrate 1 by blowing a gas of a prescribed pressure P; a polishing process is executed. The metal film 3 and the conductive material 4 are removed while the particle 5 crashes; the metal film 3 and the conductive material 4 are removed actually by plastic deformation and fracture; the conductive material 4 is removed be exerting a tensile stress and a shearing stress on a worked face. Thereby, it is possible to prevent a gap from being produced between a via 6 and a through hole 2 and to prevent the via 6 from falling off.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating pedal, which hardly slips even when a sole is made with water by rain or the like, by composing the anti-skid operating pedal of a porous anti-skid member, which is hard and has water permeability, formed by sintering powder. SOLUTION: An anti-skid member 3 has water permeability for absorbing moisture on a wet sole 5, on its surface, ruggedness is formed so as to hardly slip it even in the case of contact with the sole 5, and the powder is sintered. This sintered anti-skid member 3 is fixed with a pedal 1 by screwing or adhesive agent. In such a case, since an irregular surface formed from powder exists on the surface of the anti-skid member 3, a friction coefficient is high, and this surface plays the role for satisfactorily preventing skid to the contact with the sole 5. Therefore, concerning this anti-skid member 3, its surface is made coarse, an anti-skid effect can be expected with that surface itself and further, prescribed water permeability or absorbing performance can be presented by internally forming a lot of holes mutually through the member.
