摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely attain call-in control to the unspecified number of mobile terminals in a simple constitution and method. SOLUTION: When a lecture staff enters form a staff entrance in a lecture place A, a mobile terminal PS 1 owned by the staff generates a position registration request through the nearest base station CS 1, and a customer owned switchboard PBX 4 which receives this permits the incoming of the PS 1. Also, when a general guest enters from a guest entrance, a mobile terminal PS 2 owned by the guest generates a position registration request through the nearest base station CS 2, and the PBX 4 controls the call-in of the PS 2. The staff and the general guest enters form a shared entrance in a different time zone in a lecture place B. The PBX 4 controls the call-in of a mobile terminal PS 4 owned by the staff according to a time zone in which the position registration request is generated, and controls the call-in of a mobile terminal PS 5 owned by the guest.
