    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap having a simple structure, which is capable of maintaining a sealed state inside a container without any manual operation by a user after using a content in the container.SOLUTION: A cap body 4 of a cap 1 includes a discharging passage 24 to be communicated with a container mouth part 3, a base part 21 which is fitted to the inside of the discharging passage 24, and provided with a discharging hole 22, and a stop valve 23 arranged on the base part 21. The stop valve 23 includes a cylindrical part 46 to be fitted to the inside of the discharging passage 24, a plurality of elastic pieces 47 extending radially toward a center from an inner wall surface of the cylindrical part 46 to form a gap 49, and a valve member 48 which is integrally connected to a fore end of each elastic piece 47 to open/close the discharging hole 22. Thus, when the internal pressure into the container 2 is released, each elastic piece 47 of the stop valve 23 is restored, and the valve member 48 closes the discharging hole 22 to maintain the sealed state inside the container 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which can be easily opened by rotating operation of a lid when opened first time.SOLUTION: In a cap 1, when the cap is opened first time, the bottomed cylindrical portion 12 of a cap body 2 is rotated together with a lid 3 by the rotating operation of the lid 3 in a closing direction, a weakened part 13 is cut. Consequently, the bottomed cylindrical portion 12 is separated from a discharging hole 11 and this discharging hole 11 is opened. This eliminates the need for the operation of pulling a pull-ring as conventionally required to open a cap first time. Accordingly, the discharging hole 11 of the cap body 2 can be opened by the rotating operation of the lid 3.
