      SOLUTION: Care items resulting from itemizing states of life actions are set. A vital reaction detection means 1 is provided which detects actions per care item by sensors installed per care item. An input information storage means 2 is provided where outputs from the vital reaction detection means 1 are inputted and stored per care item. Meanwhile, a discrimination information input means 6 is provided which preliminarily inputs discrimination information per care item. A means 5 for discrimination per item is provided which discriminates abnormality or normalcy on the basis of input information and discrimination information.
