    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horse-riding ground cushioning material composition which has appropriate hardness and an excellent cushioning property and also has excellent water permeability.SOLUTION: The horse-riding ground cushioning material composition contains aggregates in 80 to 94 mass% and binders in 2 to 10 mass%. Regarding the aggregate, the passage mass percentage through sieve openings of 1.18 mm is 50 to 90 mass% in the entire aggregates, the passage mass percentage through sieve openings of 0.60 mm is 25 to 65 mass% in the entire aggregates and the passage mass percentage through sieve openings of 0.15 mm is 2 to 15 mass% in the entire aggregates. The binder contains (A) a polyolefin derivative of which the pour point is 40°C or lower and the kinematic viscosity at 100°C is 500 to 10,000 mm/s and (B) a fatty acid mixture which results from mixing two or more kinds of fatty acids with a carbon number of 10 to 24 and of which the cloud point is 15 to 55°C and the pour point is -25 to 50°C. A mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of (A) and (B) is 95/5 to 50/50.

Herein the vibration damping means (4) is formed by superposing a first sliding material and a second sliding material on each other which are each made of a fluoride resin sheet or an ultrahigh-molecular polyethylene sheet, and arranged on an area that corresponds to the entire lower surface of the vibration proof rubber (5).

In that case, mixed chips, wherein a ratio between the weight of the rubber chips (71) and that of the wood chips (72) is in the range of 1:0.1-1:1, are used as the mixed chips, and leveled off and subjected to rolling when sprayed; and a protective layer (8) is provided on the surface of the layer (7).
