摘要： A method for analyzing an electrocardiography (ECG) signal is provided. The ECG signal is measured through a sensor (110). One or more specified waveforms in the ECG signal are detected. Multiple ECG features from each specified waveform are captured. The ECG features are input into multiple candidate models to obtain multiple candidate scores. Each candidate score is compared with a standard value to obtain an ideal score among the candidate scores. One of the candidate models corresponding to the ideal score is selected as a risk prediction model to predict disease risk through the risk prediction model.

摘要： The invention relates to an implantable medical device for stimulating a human or animal heart, comprising a processor, a memory unit, a stimulation unit configured to stimulate the His bundle of a human or animal heart, and a detection unit configured to detect an electrical signal at the His bundle of the same heart. The memory unit comprises a computer-readable program that causes the processor to perform, amongst others, the following steps when executed on the processor: classifying two consecutive first peaks (3,4; 4,5) as R waves if an interval (T1, T2) between these two consecutive first peaks (3,4; 4,5) is bigger than 80 % and smaller than 120 % of the mean interval (TM); and adjusting a detection threshold (2) of the detection unit so as to allow the detection unit to exclusively detect first peaks (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) in the electrical signal (1) of the human or animal heart.

摘要： Intra-cardiac voltage data display systems display a plurality of data sets derived at least from intra-cardiac voltage data sampled by an electrode. In some embodiments, at least some of the data sets are derived from a portion of the intra-cardiac voltage data that excludes an excludable portion of the intra-cardiac voltage data having a relationship with an occurrence of a particular cardiac event to facilitate identification of the existence of a transmural lesion in tissue adjacent the electrode. In some embodiments, the particular cardiac event is the occurrence of an R wave in the cardiac cycle, and the excludable portion is a V wave in the cardiac cycle.
