A top wall surface of the front section (122) tilts downwardly toward the entry (14), and a top wall surface of the rear section (124) tilts downwardly from the middle section (126) toward a direction away from the entry (14). The air outlet (146a) is located between a top of the front section (122) and the entry (14). The heat source (40) is disposed in the rear section (124) and includes a heating assembly (48, 54) for generating heat. The heating assembly (48, 54) is located at a position higher than a half of a distance (L) between a top and a bottom of the middle section (126) of the cavity (12).
