摘要： A stabilization system includes an AC power supply, a TRIAC dimmer circuit, a load conversion circuit and a current controller. The TRIAC dimmer circuit dynamically generates a drive power. The load conversion circuit filters noises off the drive power and drives an external LED unit using the filtered drive power. The current controller detects an activating phase of the AC power supply's AC voltage from the drive power. The current controller keeps a sum of a buffer current of the current controller and a load current of the load conversion circuit to approximate a predetermined critical current value and to exceed an operating current of the TRIAC dimmer circuit in response to the detected activating phase of the AC voltage.

摘要： A circuit for dimming a lighting load (72), said circuit comprising an AC leading-edge phase-cut dimmer (74) and a control circuit (73), wherein said dimmer (74) is adapted to be connected to an AC supply (71) via the control circuit and comprises a phase-cutting switch and a timing capacitor, wherein said control circuit (73) is adapted to be connected to the lighting load to supply said lighting load, wherein said control circuit comprises a detection circuit (78) adapted to detect a deadlock state of said dimmer (74), wherein the deadlock state is a state in which a voltage at a control terminal of said phase-cutting switch does not reach a predetermined trigger level required to turn on said phase-cutting switch, wherein said control circuit further comprises:
- an activation circuit (76) electrically coupled in series with said dimmer (74) and said lighting load (72), wherein in normal operation, said activation circuit (76) is inactivated,wherein in response to said detection circuit (78) detecting a deadlock state of said dimmer (74), said detection circuit is adapted to activate said activation circuit (76) so that said activation circuit (76) performs single sided rectification in order to supply a DC current to said dimmer (74), until the voltage at the control terminal of said phase-cutting switch reaches the predetermined trigger level to exit the deadlock state thereby activating said dimmer (74).
