The brake device has a triac (TR) that has a first terminal connected to one transmission line, and a second terminal connected to the other transmission line of the AC generator; first switching units (Q1, Q2) inserted in and connected to a current path, which is connected in parallel between the second terminal and a gate (TG) of the triac (TR); a second switching unit (Q3) which can switch between an ON-enabled state and an OFF-state of said first switching units (Q1, Q2), and when the first switching unit is the ON-enabled state by the second switching unit (Q3), if the absolute value of a line-to-line voltage exceeds the prescribed value, the first switching units turn on using the line-to-line voltage as a driving power source, and in accordance with the polarity of the line-to-line voltage, a trigger current flows in the gate (TG) through said current path, which turns on said triac (TR), and a short-circuit current flows in between the transmission lines.

A power storage and discharge system includes one or more power receiving points of an AC source supplied from a predetermined power system, and an AC-DC converter 2 for converting the AC source supplied from the predetermined power system into a DC source. Any of two or more equally dividable storage battery groups 6A and 6B is charged based on the DC source converted by the AC-DC converter 2. AC power is discharged or generated due to discharging by a discharge resource using the charged DC source. The power receiving points of the AC source include one or more power receiving points, disposed from an upper side toward a lower side with respect to the predetermined power system, other than a point where the power discharged or generated due to discharging by the discharge resource is interconnected to the power system.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a drive system for dump trucks that is capable of reducing the capacity of a converter that excites a two-winding induced generator and of performing output control according to the converter capacity. To achieve the object, the drive system includes an induced generator having a primary winding including a main winding and a sub-winding, a rectifier for converting an AC voltage generated across the main winding into a DC voltage, a propulsive machinery side load connected to the rectifier, a converter connected to the sub-winding for exciting a secondary winding of the induced generator and converting an AC voltage generated across the sub-winding into a DC voltage, an accessory side load connected to the converter, and a controller for controlling the converter, in which the controller controls a DC voltage of the accessory side load according to electric power required by the accessory side load and controls a DC voltage of the propulsive machinery side load according to electric power required by the propulsive machinery side load and a converter capacity that represents a current capacity of the converter.
