摘要： It is designed for two-zone rotation speed control and provides increased power with a reduced mass of the permanent magnets. In the rotor package 12, magnetic poles are formed from axial pairs of channels 13 for permanent magnets located relative to each other at an angle, open to the outer surface of the rotor 11. Axial channels 13 are formed by at least two parts 14, 15. The permanent magnets inserted in the axial channels 13 are composed of at least two parts of different heights. The inner parts are of greater height compared to the outer parts. The air gap between the outer surface of the rotor pack 12 and the inner surface of the stator pack 8 is changing from a minimum c1 formed over the middle of the poles and above the area between the permanent magnets 17 on the adjacent poles, to a maximum c2 formed to the outer parts of the permanent magnets 17. The winding 10 is like hairpin made of wires with a rectangular cross-section.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a fan motor assembly. A motor includes a rotor unit and a stator unit. An impeller is provided on an upper end of a motor shaft of the motor. The impeller is rotated by the motor to suck air. The impeller includes a pair of plates that face each other, and a plurality of blades that are disposed between the plates at positions spaced apart from each other at regular intervals. A diffuser is disposed around an outlet formed in a periphery of the impeller. A motor housing encases the rotor unit and the stator unit therein. A sensing unit is provided on a lower end of the motor shaft that extends outwards from the motor housing. The sensing unit senses the rotation of the rotor unit. An inductor is installed in the motor housing.
