The first sealing member, the conductive bearing, and the second sealing member are located inside the cavity. The conductive bearing is located between the first sealing member and the second sealing member, and the first sealing member and the second sealing member seal the conductive bearing in the cavity. An outer ring of the conductive bearing is fixedly connected to a cavity wall of the cavity, and an inner ring of the conductive bearing is fixedly connected to an outer circumferential surface of the conductive post. The conductive connecting member is connected to one end, facing away from the first sealing member, of the conductive post and is electrically connected to the housing. According to the solutions of this application, the shaft bearing can be prevented from electric corrosion, and reliability of the shaft bearing can be ensured.
