According to the invention, the base (28) comprises an introduction funnel (72) that is arranged at an axial distance in relation to the oblique introduction face of the contact element (40, 42, 44) in order introduce the power supply lines (20, 22, 24). A peripheral wall section (94) of the introduction funnel (72) forms a sealing surface when the base (28) is injection moulded. The invention also relates to a base and to a method for the production thereof and to a tool (80) for insert moulding a contact element (40, 42, 44) inserted into a tool cavity.
