    • The invention relates to a lamp (1) comprising a base (28) that supports a lightbulb (2), at least one luminous means (6, 8) which is surrounded by the lightbulb, and at least two power supply lines (20, 22, 24) that lead from the lightbulb (2) and that are used to supply power to the at least one luminous means (6, 8), each line being connected to an electrical contact element (40, 42, 44) arranged on the base (28). According to the invention, the base (28) comprises an introduction funnel (72) that is arranged at an axial distance in relation to the oblique introduction face of the contact element (40, 42, 44) in order introduce the power supply lines (20, 22, 24). A peripheral wall section (94) of the introduction funnel (72) forms a sealing surface when the base (28) is injection moulded. The invention also relates to a base and to a method for the production thereof and to a tool (80) for insert moulding a contact element (40, 42, 44) inserted into a tool cavity.

    • A safety lampholder comprises an insulating housing(201), an insulating or electrically conductive lamp socket(202) placed within one end of the housing(201) and an electrically shockproof means fully integrated within another end of the housing(201). The electrical contactors(203,204), the electrical connectors(207,208) and the switching member(209) are disposed in the electrically shockproof means in a spaced manner by use of a partition member(206,205,215). A method for avoiding accidental electric shock during exchanging a lamp body or utilizing a lampholder is also disclosed.
