摘要： An electronic device is provided. The electronic device comprises a camera and at least one processor, and can be configured to: extract at least one face region and at least one hand region from an image captured by a camera; acquire a biometric signal from each of the extracted at least one face region and hand region; match the face region and the hand region within the image by using the acquired biometric signals; identify a user by performing face recognition on the image while the biometric signals are acquired; and identify, on the basis of the biometric signals in the face region and matched hand region for the identified user, a command for controlling the operation of the electronic device.

摘要： The present invention achieves high-accuracy multimodal biometric authentication of a plurality of body organisms while suppressing postural fluctuation when the plurality of body organisms are captured and suppressing the computational complexity of processing a plurality of biometric features. According to the present invention, an authentication system includes a storage device that stores feature quantities for a plurality of body organisms in association with users, a capture device that photographs body organisms, and an authentication processing device that performs biometric authentication on the basis of images inputted from the capture device. The capture device photographs a first body organism of a first user during a first period and captures a second body organism and a third body organism of the first user during a second period that is different from the first period. The authentication processing device calculates a first feature quantity from the first body part photographed during the first period, respectively calculates a second feature quantity and a third feature quantity from the second body organism and the third body organism captured during the second period and compares with the feature quantities for the body organisms of each user stored at the storage device.

摘要： Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device and a method for delivering a message by the same. The electronic device may comprise: a camera; at least one processor functionally connected to the camera; and a memory for storing at least one program configured to be executable by the at least one processor, wherein the program comprises instructions configured to: capture an image of a sender by activating the camera in response to detection of a message input by the sender; analyze the captured image of the sender and the input message; determine a recipient and an output pattern on the basis of the result of the analysis; check whether the recipient is recognized; and when the recipient is recognized, deliver the message to the recognized recipient on the basis of the determined output pattern. Various other embodiments are possible.
