摘要： A weighing, cutting and arranging system (1) according to the present invention has a feeding section (2) in which multiple rows of band-like dough (F1) are fed; a weighing and cutting section (4) in which the dough (F1) of each row is cut so as to have a predetermined weight; and a discharging section (6) in which cut doughs (F2) of the multiple rows are discharged in a single line. Each row of the weighing and cutting section (4) has a shorter upstream conveyor (22a, 22b) with a weighing function, a longer downstream conveyor (24a, 24b) with a weighing function disposed downstream of the upstream conveyor (22a, 22b), and a cutting device (26a, 26b) disposed upstream of and adjacent to the upstream conveyor (22a, 22b). One of the multiple rows is defined as a reference row. After the cut doughs (F2) of the all rows are stopped at outlets of the respective downstream conveyors (24a, 24b), the cut dough (F2) of the reference row is discharged. After the cut dough (F2) of the reference row is discharged, the cut dough(s) (F2) of the other row(s) is/are discharged in a sequential order with a predetermined period.

摘要： Upper to lower assembly analog position sensors in a dual scanning system measure alignment offsets. A controller uses error signals from the position sensors to calculate actuator error profiles that are used in the next scan in the same direction, with different error profiles being used for forward and reverse scans. Since the alignment error profiles are repeatable for a given set of scanner conditions, the actuator controller anticipates what the error signal will be before each scanning assembly reaches a given position. An optimized error correction can be calculated based on the error profiles and actuator bandwidth without concerns regarding feedback loop speed, overshoot, and unstable control oscillations. An actuation system driven from error profiles can correct for alignment offsets by actively changing belt tensions at the offsetting drive pulleys and/or changing the position of sensor assemblies relative to the drive belt systems.

The method is characterised in that, depending upon the predetermined condition to be satisfied, a fine portion (34) of fibrous material corresponding to the additional amount to be added is weighed out and subsequently added to the weighed rough portion (17) in order to form the good portion (35). 摘要： An optical, non-contact sensor for measuring the thickness or weight of layered products and particularly those that contain a light-reflective substrate incorporates a reflective surface to cause incident radiation from a light source to plurality of time within the layered products before being detected in a receiver. A diffusing element can be incorporated as a diffuse source of illumination. The Lambertian-type light scattering generated by the diffuse element causes the incident light to interact multiple times with the layered product resulting in enhanced sensor sensitivity to selected components in the layered product and measurement error induced by specular reflection of the light from the reflective substrate is minimized.

摘要： Paper and continuous web scanners operate at varying and high temperature conditions. Regulating the temperature within the measurement gap between dual scanner heads during measurement and calibration modes of operation by employing air wipe and sheet guide temperature control assures consistent and accuracy sensor measurements of sheet characteristics. Air wipes blow pre-heated air into the measurement and the sheet guides are heated. The air temperature fluctuations that otherwise caused significant adverse effects on the sensors that measure, for example, the basis weight, ash content, and thickness of the moving sheet, are eliminated.

摘要： A mass measuring unit (10) includes two driving rollers (2U, 2L) vertically separate from each other and intersecting the direction of conveyance of a mail matter. Servo motors (6U, 6L) for driving the driving rollers (2U, 2L) are connected to torque detection units (8U, 8L). A control unit controls motor control units (7U, 7L) to cause them to impart a rate difference between the driving rollers to rotate the mail matter during its conveyance, and to cause the torque detection units (8U, 8L) to detect the torque values of the servo motors (6U, 6L). The control unit compares the thus detected torque values with the torque values of the servo motors detected when the servo motors are idling without rotating the mail matter, thereby measuring the mass of the mail matter using a calculation unit.
