摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Liderungssystem für Artilleriewaffen mit einem Bodenring (4), einem Liderungsring (2) und einem Verschlußeinsatz (1), wobei die Liderungssystemteile (1, 2, 4) aus Stahl bestehen. Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Liderungssystems.
Um zu erreichen, daß die Oberflächen der Liderungssystemteile (1, 2, 4) auf kostengünstige Weise derart veredelt sind, daß sie gegen die thermischen, korrosiven, abrasiven und erosiven Belastungen besser geschützt werden, als dieses bei vergleichbaren bekannten Liderungssystemteilen der Fall ist, schlägt die Erfindung vor, die Oberflächen der Liderungssystemteile (1, 2, 4) einer Nitrierung oder Carbonitrierung und einer anschließenden Oxidation zu unterziehen, derart, daß sich eine vollständig geschlossene 1-3µm dicke Eisenoxidschicht (5) ergibt, an die sich als Verbindungsschicht (6) eine in das Innere des jeweiligen Liderungssystemteiles erstreckende 10-15µm dicke Eisennitridschicht (6) oder Eisencarbonitridschicht anschließt.
