摘要： Power plant for burning fuel, primarily coal, in a fluidized bed (18), preferably a PFBC power plant. A bed vessel (12) is divided into a combustion chamber (22) and an ash chamber (24) by an air distributor (16) with nozzles (42) for the supply of air for fluidization of the bed (18) and combustion of the fuel. The air distributor (16) is provided with openings (44), through which bed material can pass from the combustion chamber (22) to the ash chamber (24). Tubes (54) for generating steam are also provided in the combustion chamber (22). Tubes (56) for superheating steam are arranged in the ash chamber (24). The plant is provided with a transport system (66) for conveying bed material from the ash chamber (24) to the combustion chamber (22). During transport from the ash chamber (24), the bed material will circulate between combustion chamber (22) and ash chamber (24). Regulating the quantity of bed material circulating also regulates the supply of heat to the superheating tubes (56), and thus superheating of the steam passing through the tubes (56).

摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft einen Überhitzer enthaltend eine Verbrennungsgasen ausgesetzte Rohranordnung enthaltend längsnahtgeschweißte Rohre, wobei die Verbrennungsgase insbesondere aus der Verbrennung von Brennstoffen ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Hausmüll, Industrieabfällen, Biomasse und Klärschlamm stammen, wobei erfindungsgemäß die längsnahtgeschweißten Rohre aus lediglich einer einzigen Schicht einer Nickelbasislegierung oder eines Sonderedelstahls gefertigt sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin einen Dampferzeuger und ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung von überhitztem Dampf in entsprechenden Dampferzeugern.
Die längsnahtgeschweißten Rohre aus der Nickelbasislegierung oder dem Sonderedelstahl sind für die Verwendung als Überhitzerrohre in Dampferzeugern geeignet, und erfüllen die Anforderungen hinsichtlich hoher Korrosionsbeständigkeit, guter Warmbearbeitbarkeit, guter Zugfestigkeit und Strukturstabilität. Die aus diesen Materialen gefertigten Überhitzerrohre benötigen keine äußere Beschichtung oder Auftragschweißbeschichtung mehr, da sie ausreichend korrosionsbeständig sind.

摘要： The present disclosure provides natural gas and petrochemical processing systems, including oxidative coupling of methane reactor systems that may integrate process inputs and outputs to cooperatively utilize different inputs and outputs in the production of higher hydrocarbons from natural gas and other hydrocarbon feedstocks. The present disclosure also provides apparatuses and methods for heat exchange, such as an apparatus that can perform boiling and steam super-heating in separate chambers in order to reach a target outlet temperature that is relatively constant as the apparatus becomes fouled. A system of the present disclosure may include an oxidative coupling of methane (OCM) subsystem that generates a product stream comprising compounds with two or more carbon atoms, and a dual compartment heat exchanger downstream of, and fluidically coupled to, the OCM subsystem.

摘要： A process and apparatus capable of cracking hydrocarbon to produce a reaction product containing a high proportion of ethylene. A hydrocarbon such as naphtha (31) is vaporized and admixed with superheated steam (32) at high temperature in a mixing device (13). The resulting hydrocarbon/steam mixture is passed through a reaction zone (R) consisting of a reactor conduit (34) extending through a passageway defined in a radiation block structure (35). Heating gases (38) at extremely high temperatures are directed through the passageway co-currentiy with the hydrocarbon/steam mixture (39) to produce a desirable heat flux for the cracking reaction. A short residence time in the reactor conduit is maintained to prevent undesirable side reactions.
Superheated steam is produced by passing steam through a conduit (16) extending through a passageway defined in radiation block structures (22 and 25) and heated by hotgases (20 and 28).
