The first friction member (5) is sleeved on the lead screw (7), rotates with the lead screw (7), and moves along an axial direction of the lead screw (7). The second friction member (6) is fixedly mounted on the base (3), and is in frictional engagement with the first friction member (5). The elastic member is provided between the first friction member (5) and the screw nut (8). When the rotation shaft (4) rotates in a first direction, the pulling cable (2) is unwound from the rotation shaft (4), and the screw nut (8) rotates toward the second friction member (6) and presses the elastic member, so that a friction force between the first friction member (5) and the second friction member (6) may increase.

    • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf ein vertikales Schiebefenster als Verschluss für eine Öffnung in einer Außenwand eines Gebäudes, wobei wenigstens eine Fensterscheibe des Schiebefensters zum Öffnen nach unten absenkbar ist, und zwar in eine flache Kammer innerhalb eines Kastens hinein. Das Schiebefenster kann als fertiges Modul angeboten werden mit der Möglichkeit, eine Dämmung zu integrieren und/oder die Fassade zu gestalten; ferner kann auch ein Rolladenkasten integriert sein, insbesondere auch in wärmegedämmter Form. Der Anwendungsbereich für ein solches Schiebefenster-Bauteil reicht von Einfamilienhäusern bis hin zu Hochhäusern von jeder denkbaren Höhe.

    • A closure arrangement for an opening in a building includes a number of closure elements (2, 3). At least one of the closure elements (2, 3) is vertically movable by means of operating arms (18). The operating arms (18) are powered by a driving device, which includes at least one drive motor (10). On either side of the closure arrangement, the driving device includes an upright screw (12) which is mounted in an axial bearing (15). Each screw (12) has a nut (14), and the operating arms (18) have abutment faces (17) which rest on the nuts (14). Couplings (16) couple the abutment faces (17) and the nuts (14) with a play for permitting an angular discrepancy between each abutment face (17) and the longitudinal axis of the respective screw (12) as well as transversal movements thereof.
