This metering feeder is further provided with a vertically-movable scraper (18) for supplying large amounts of the powder/granular material and a fixed small scraper (19) for supplying small amounts thereof. Said scrapers block the flow of the powder/granular material in the powder/granular-material discharge groove (17) in the rotating disc (10) and guide same to a discharge opening (13). This configuration makes it possible to increase the precision with which the powder/granular material is supplied.
