    • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dosiereinrichtung (1) zum volumetrischen Dosieren eines insbesondere pharmazeutischen Pulvers (2) und ein zugehöriges Verfahren. Die Dosiereinrichtung (1) umfasst mindestens eine Dosierkavität (10) zur Bildung je einer dosierten Pulvereinzelmenge (30), wobei die Dosierkavität (10) eine offene Seite (14) und gegenüberliegend dazu einen Boden aufweist. Der Boden der jeweiligen Dosierkavität (10) ist zumindest abschnittsweise durch ein luftdurchlässiges Filterelement (15) gebildet. Die Dosiereinrichtung (1) weist einen Druckkanal (16) auf, der mit der mindestens einen Dosierkavität (10) durch das Filterelement (15) hindurch druckübertragend verbunden ist. Auf der der Dosierkavität (10) abgewandten Seite des Filterelementes (15) ist eine Prüflichtquelle (31) angeordnet. Das Filterelement (15) ist bezüglich des von der Prüflichtquelle (31) ausgehenden Lichtes durchscheinend ausgestaltet. Die Dosiereinrichtung (1) umfasst ferner eine Prüfkamera (32) sowie eine mit der Prüfkamera (32) verbundene Auswerteeinrichtung (33). In der Auswerteeinrichtung (33) werden aus der von der Prüfkamera (32) aufgenommenen Lichtintensität des von der Prüflichtquelle (31) ausgehenden und durch das Filterelement (15) scheinenden Lichtes Rückschlüsse auf den Füllzustand der Dosierkavität (10) gezogen.
