      [Solution] A vehicle theft determination apparatus 1 includes: a biological information acquisition unit 10 that acquires biological information of a user of a vehicle; a determination unit 30 that determines that the user is an authorized person in a case in which a first biological information similarity between acquired first biological information of the user and biological information registered in advance is equal to or greater than a first threshold value; and a driving feature acquisition unit 20 that acquires driving features of the user who drives the vehicle, the biological information acquisition unit acquiring second biological information of the user in a case in which the first biological information similarity is less than the first threshold value and a driving feature similarity between the driving features acquired by the driving feature acquisition unit and driving features registered in advance is less than a predetermined value, and the determination unit determining that there is a likelihood that the vehicle has been stolen in a case in which a second biological information similarity between the second biological information and the biological information registered in advance is less than a second threshold value that is less than the first threshold value.

    • A device for controlling a device for locking a motor-vehicle gear change in a parking condition comprises a transmission (1) which connects the gear change lever (2) to a driven member (3a) movable between an operative position and an inoperative position, respectively for engagement and disengagement of the locking device. The transmission (1) is connected to the driven member through a rotatable drum (18) with a cylindrical surface (17) having a cam-track (16) cooperating with a cam-following element (15). The cam-track (16) is designed so as to cause engagement of the locking device when the transmission (1) is subjected to a pulling action or to a pushing action, depending upon the requirements.

    • An antitheft system for the construction equipment includes a hydraulic device for controlling flow of working fluid supplied to an actuator which drives a working device is disclosed. The antitheft system includes reading information on a function selection switch, a timer, a safety lever and engine operation; determining whether the function selection switch is turned on or off; determining whether the safety lever is switched to an OFF position; comparing an input time inputted in a timer with a preset time and if the input time of the timer is shorter than the preset time, proceeding to the step of determining whether the function selection switch is turned on or off; determining whether an ignition of the engine is turned on if the function selection switch is switched to an ON state by a driver, the safety lever is switched to the OFF position by the driver, and the input time of the timer is longer than a preset time; determining that the driver gets out of a cabin in the state in which the ignition of the engine is turned on, and locking the driving unit so that the driving unit does not operate if it is determined that the ignition is turned on; determining whether a security device is passed by the driver if the driving unit is switched to a lock position; and an eighth step of unlocking the driving unit if the user has passed the security device.

    • An anti-theft means for vehicle steering mechanism, such as a steering shaft or a transmission rod, having a rotatable shaft. The anti-theft means comprises a fixing member fixed on the vehicle body, a connecting member joined with a steering handle, a locking means controlled by code device, a movable member provided on the rotatable shaft, for moving along said shaft but not rotatable around it. The movable member can move between a first position and a second position under the control of the locking means. When in the first position, the movable member is engaged with the fixing member while disengaged with the connecting member so that the shaft can not rotate. When in the second position, the movable member is engaged with the connecting member while disengaged with the fixing member so that the shaft can rotate. The anti-theft means according to the invention has double functions of disconnecting transmission of steering force as well as locking the shaft.
