摘要： The invention relates to the production of a building structure made of a hardenable composition and fibres. The inventive method consists of in applying at least one layer of said hardenable composition and one fibre layer to a rotatable mandrel and repeating said operations by applying subsequent layers, drying and releasing a final product from the mandrel. The fibre is applied to a prefabricated cellular fabric through the entire height of said mandrel, the hardenable composition being applied perpendicularly to the direction of fibre application. Said invention can be used for producing modular elements for constructing residential and industrial buildings, elevators, sewage pipes etc.

摘要： Rbx1, an evolutionarily conserved Cullin-interacting RING-H2 finger protein, has been discovered. Mammalian Rbx1 has been identified as a component of the CUL2-containing VHL complex. An Rbx1 homolog from S. cerevisiae has also been identified as a subunit and activator of the Cdc53-containing SCFCdc4 ubiquitin ligase required for ubiquitination of the cdk inhibitor Sicl and for the G1/S cell cycle transition in yeast, providing a link between the multiprotein VHL tumor suppressor complex and cellular ubiquitination. The Rbx1 protein acts as a cellular marker useful (1) in detecting a possible predisposition to certain carcinomas, (2) as a molecular target for treating those carcinomas therapeutically, (3) as a target for inhibition by drugs that manipulate the growth of cells, and (4) as a research tool to better understand the various complex mechanisms of cell ubiquitination, binding of certain activator proteins, fibronectin deposition and other aspects of the cellular division process.

摘要： In a concrete-wrapped pipe having an inner water-impermeable resinous coating (11), the concrete wrapping is formed with a continuous inner portion (12a) covering the resinous coating and a helically slotted outer portion (12b), the helical slot extending at least to the depth of a mesh reinforcement (14) embedded in the concrete. The structure is characterized by the fact that the inner portion (12a) of the concrete wrapping (12) is formed with one or more helically extending zones (18) of reduced compressive strength, radially aligned with the helical slot or slots (13) in the outer portion (12b). The helical configuration breaks the continuity of the concrete wrapping in the longitudinal direction of the pipe and, even with pipe of relatively large diameter, enables the wrapping to accommodate limited bending of the pipe.
