摘要： The machining center (1) comprises a machining head (3) movable according to a plurality of numerically controlled axes (A, B, X, Z) and a base (15) associated with the machining head (3). A guide (19) on the base (15) receives a workpiece supporting table (21), divided into two portions (21A, 21 B), at least one of which is movable along the guide according to a numerically controlled axis (Y). With the first table portion (21A) there is associated a first clamping system (24) of workpieces to be machined (P1, P2). With the first table portion (21A) and with the second table portion (21 B) there are associated respective auxiliary guides (25A, 25B) parallel to the guide (19) arranged on the base (15). Moreover, with the workpiece supporting table (21) there is associated at least one supporting member (27) of the workpieces to be machined (P1, P2), which is provided with guide elements (27P) for engaging the auxiliary guides (25A, 25B) of the first table portion (21A) and of the second table portion (21 B), so as to be positioned in a standby position on the second portion of workpiece supporting table or in a machining position on the first portion of workpiece supporting table. The supporting system is provided with a respective second clamping system (27X, 27Y) of the workpieces to be machined. In this way, these latter can be positioned on the first portion of workpiece supporting table in different ways and by means of different clamping systems, with or without the use of the respective first and second clamping system.

摘要： In order to carry out complete machining of a blank (RL) on a machine tool, such as, for example, a rotary miller (HSTM), the blank (RL) is held in at least one clamp (SM) during a machining step. All the functional surfaces of the workpiece (circumference and both end faces of the blank) are brought into the final required form corresponding to final use by the machine tool, in particular, the rotary miller. The blank (RL) is a blank made from metal or a ceramic material, of cylindrical, square, or polyhedral cross-section, in particular, a rectangular block or any shaped cast or forged blank. The required form is the head of a turbine blade, the blade region of the turbine blade and the root of the turbine blade, wherein the functional surfaces of the head and root are prepared during a clamped phase on the machine tool (HSTM).

摘要： The invention relates to a parallel positioning mechanism, especially for machining and/or manipulation and/or measuring, consisting of a platform for the carrying and/or manipulation with, for instance, a tool, a workpiece, a measuring device or the like, wherein the platform is connected with the machine frame by means of at least one positioning arm, characterised in that the platform (3) is joint-connected with at least one sliding guide (4) via at least three rotatable joints (11) of which at least two are arranged on a positioning arm (6) for the connection with the sliding guide (4), wherein the axes of rotation of the rotatable joints are mutually parallel. The direct connection may be replaced by a plurality of positioning arms (6), in which case the connection of the platform (3) with the sliding guide(s) (4) is achieved by means of at least four positioning arms (6).
