    • A suction cup dust extractor for a drill comprising: a housing (10); a drill collar (12) attached to the housing (10), having a drill passage (18) formed through it; a recess (38) formed by the walls (50, 52) of the housing (10) having an opening and which, in use, locates against a work piece to create a chamber; an aperture (24) located on the housing (10) through which air can pass; at least one first air passage (32) formed within the housing (10) which enables air to pass from the drill passage (18) to the aperture (24); and
      at least one second air passage (36) formed within the housing (10) which enables air to pass from the recess (38) to the aperture (24); wherein the collar comprises:
      an inner wall (500) which at least partially surrounds the drill passage (18); an outer wall (502) which at least partially surrounds the inner wall (500); the inner wall (500) and outer wall (502) forming a wall passage (504) in between them which connects to the at least one first air passage (32) to allow air to pass from the wall passage to the at least one first air passage (32); the depth of at least part of the inner wall (500) being less than that of the outer wall (502) to allow air to flow around the base (506; 900,902) of the inner wall from the drill passage (18) to the wall passage (504); characterised in that there is provided a cover (600) which attaches to the outer wall to enclose the lower side of the wall passage (504).

    • A power tool has a light unit (20) provided at the bottom part of the handle grip (10C). The light unit can be adjusted to change the lighting angle and can hold the desired lighting angle. The light unit thus disposed does not get in the way, the lighting angle of the light unit is variable and the emitted light does not shake, depletion of the power supply due to the light switch of the light unit being left on is prevented, shadows of the end tool are not easily produced by light from the light unit, lighting contrast is high, wiring failures and continuity faults in the light-emitting element do not occur easily, and a small, economical power tool can be provided. The light-emitting element (23) of the light unit (20) is a yellow LED. The light unit (23) turns off automatically at a predetermined time after the light turns on.
