    • A speed control unit for a pneumatic rotation motor having a stator (10) with an air inlet passage (14), a rotor (11) journalled in the stator (10), a speed governor (26) operated by two or more fly-weight members (28), and an overspeed safety device(27), wherein the rotor (11) is formed with a coaxial blind bore (22) in which is secured a mounting structure (23) for supporting the fly-weight members (28), the valve element (29) and the bias spring (35) of the speed governor (26) inside the rotor (11), and the overspeed safety device (27) comprises a flow restricting element (39) displaceably guided in the air inlet passage (14) and locked in an inactive rest position by a trip element (43), and a speed responsive actuator (45) co-rotative with the rotor (11) and consisting of an elastically deformable spring element (44) secured to the speed governor valve element (29) and arranged to be radially bent by centrifugal action to hit and release the trip element (43) to thereby free the flow restricting element (39) at the attainment of a predetermined speed level.

    • A hydraulic system (12) is designed to control the movement between a frame member (24) and an agricultural work unit (16) pivotally coupled thereto. A first hydraulic cylinder 34 includes a cylinder housing (44), a ram (46) with a head (48) reciprocally disposed within the cylinder housing (44), a first chamber (47) on one side of the head (48), and a second chamber (49) on another side of the head (48). A first end of the first hydraulic cylinder (34) is attached to the frame member (24). A preload spring (36) has a first end (56) which is attached to the frame member (24), and a second end (60) which is attached to the second end (52) of the first hydraulic cylinder (34). A second hydraulic cylinder (38) is coupled between the frame member (24) and the work unit (16). The second hydraulic cylinder (38) includes a cylinder housing (64), a ram (66) with a head (68) reciprocally disposed within the cylinder housing (64) a first chamber (70) on one side of the head (68) and a second chamber (72) on another side of the head (68). A first fluid line (40) interconnects the first chamber (47, 70) of the first and second hydraulic cylinders (34) and (38). A second fluid line (42) interconnects the second chamber (49, 72) of the first and second hydraulic cylinders (34, 38).
