摘要： A grain leather-like sheet comprising a fiber base layer, a non-porous polyurethane layer and a polyurethane surface layer laminated in this order, the polyurethane surface layer containing a binder polyurethane and a polyurethane microparticle having a particle size of 1 to 50 μm. The sum of the thickness of the non-porous polyurethane layer and the thickness of the polyurethane surface layer is 150 μm or more. The polyurethane surface layer contains the polyurethane microparticle in an amount of 10 to 40 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the binder polyurethane, and the polyurethane microparticle is not exposed at the surface of the sheet. The grain leather-like sheet having these characteristics has a smooth and shiny surface, is excellent in scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and anti-wrinkle property and has a good texture. The sheet hardly scratches or soils any article that contacts with the surface of the sheet.

摘要： A leather-like sheet which has a base material of a three-dimensionally entangled non-woven fabric comprised of ultra-fine fibers having a fineness of 0.5 dtex or less the interior of which is filled with a porous polymeric elastomer and, formed mixedly on the surface of the base material, nap portions comprised of ultra-fine fibers and grain side portions comprised of a non-porous elastic polymer, characterized in that the non-porous elastic polymer is allowed to permeate into the interior of the base material to a depth of 5 to 20 μm from the surface thereof; and a method for producing the leather-like sheet. The leather-like sheet has ultra-fine fiber portions and grain side portions comprising a resin and ultra-fine fibers being mixedly present on the surface of a base material, and thus, exhibits a nubuck-like appearance having a natural leather tone and being elegant and stereoscopic, and further is excellent in the resistance to surface abrasion.

摘要： A sheet of an artificial leather substrate contains an upper-layer nonwoven fabric A (1) and a base nonwoven fabric B (2). The upper-layer nonwoven fabric A (1) is a wet-laid nonwoven fabric having a density of 0.30 to 0.50 g/cm 3 and being produced with synthetic fibers in which the component fibers have a fineness of 0.005 to 1.1 dtex, a fiber length of 3 to 10 mm and a weight per unit area of 20 to 150 g/m 2 , and the base nonwoven fabric B (2) is a layer of a nonwoven fabric having a density of 0.15 g/cm 3 or more and less than 0.28 g/cm 3 and being produced with synthetic fibers in which the component fibers have a fineness greater than that of the component fibers of the upper-layer nonwoven fabric A and 4.5 dtex or less, a fiber length of 2 to 15 mm and a weight per unit area of 50 to 400 g/m 2 . The upper-layer nonwoven fabric A (1) and the base nonwoven fabric B (2) are layered, made into a single body by entanglement of the component fibers of both layers and impregnated with an elastic polymer. Thus, artificial leather having a texture similar to natural leather and a substrate for use therein are provided at low cost.

摘要： A grain-finished leather-like sheet having a fibrous substrate layer, a polyurethane non-porous layer and a polyurethane surface layer which are successively laminated in this order. The polyurethane surface layer contains a binder polyurethane and polyurethane fine particles having a particle size of 1 to 50 µm. The total thickness of the polyurethane non-porous layer and the polyurethane surface layer is 150 µm or more. The polyurethane surface layer contains the polyurethane fine particles in an amount of 10 to 40 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the binder polyurethane. The polyurethane fine particles are not exposed to the surface. The grain-finished leather-like sheet characterized by the above features has a smooth and luster surface, a good hand, and excellent scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and buckling wrinkle resistance. The sheet hardly damages or soils an object which is in contact with its surface by friction.
