摘要： To enable the molten solder to be partially spouted onto a component-mounting member in a stable state without decreasing the revolutions of a pump which is difficult to set a spouted amount of molten solder, even if a nozzle having a small spouting opening is used in a partial-jet-solder bath. As shown in FIG. 3 , an automatic partial-jet-soldering apparatus 100 is provided with a solder bath 4 that has a nozzle base portion 44 and contains molten solder 7, a pump 5 that supplies the molten solder 7 contained in the solder bath 4 under a predetermined pressure to the nozzle base portion 44, plural nozzles 8a and the like that have predetermined solder-spouting areas and connect the nozzle base portion 44 to spout the molten solder 7 supplied from the pump 5 under the predetermined pressure so that it rises by its surface tension, and a dummy nozzle 32 that has a solder-spouting area more than that of any of the nozzles 8a and the like and connects the nozzle base portion 44 to spout the molten solder 7 supplied from the pump 5 under the predetermined pressure, wherein the dummy nozzle 32 is positioned on a position which is nearer the pump 5 than the nozzles 8a and the like.

摘要： On a mis au point un appareil, un procédé et un matériau polymérisable permettant de préparer des tracés électroconducteurs sur une plaquette de circuits (627) (fig. 11) utilisant une technologie auxiliaire. On peut isoler individuellement chaque tracé (637, fig. 12a, typique), lesdits tracés étant directement inscrits dans un processus sériel. Ledit appareil comprend un élément d'extrusion (35 et 37), (fig. 1) permettant d'extruder un premier matériau polymérisable, ainsi qu'un support. Le support (21 et 23) est destiné à maintenir ledit élément d'extrusion et la plaquette de circuits (41) à proximité relative, et à produire un mouvement relatif entre l'élément d'extrusion et la plaquette de circuits. Selon le procédé d'invention, le premier matériau polymérisable est extrudé sur un support de substrat de circuits (631), (fig. 12c) le long de chemins présélectionnés afin de former des tracés (637, 639, 641 et 643), puis ledit premier matériau polymérisable est polymérisé, ce matériau étant conducteur après polymérisation. On a mis au point plusieurs modes de réalisation de systèmes d'extrusion ainsi que plusieurs systèmes pour laminer et percer des plaquettes afin de produire plusieurs élaborations de plaquettes de circuits.

摘要： Method and apparatus is disclosed for eliminating short circuits on electrical circuitry, the circuitry being interconnected by a thru hole (12) on a substantially planar electrical board (10). The electrical board has two major surfaces, upper and lower. A first gas and liquid transmission device (30-53) is connected to the board to introduce etching gas and liquid into the thru hole. The device comprises a part that is adapted to surround the thru hole and seal the periphery thereof on one surface of the board. A second gas and liquid transmission device (58-82, 92-104) is connected to the board to remove the etching gas and liquid from the thru hole. This second device comprises a part (58) that is adapted to surround the thru hole and seal the periphery thereof on the other surface of the board. A vacuum system (104) is used to force gas and liquid to move through the thru hole from the first transmission device to the second transmission device, thereby etching and/or cleaning material from the thru hole.
In another embodiment of the present invention there are provided transmission devices comprising a plurality of parts (53, 58) that are adapted to surround a plurality of thru holes and seal the peripheries thereof on both surfaces of the board.
