摘要： A method of transmitting subpackets in a mobile communication system using at least one frequency carrier is disclosed. More specifically, the method comprises receiving a first broadcast subpacket from a base station (BS) at a first time slot on a first frequency carrier, and receiving at least one subsequent broadcast subpacket from the BS via at least one relay station (RS) at a second time slot on a second frequency carrier, wherein information of the first broadcast subpacket and the subsequent broadcast subpacket are the same.

摘要： The invention concerns transmission interfaces steering mechanisms in order to improve the transmission of data between communication devices embedding a plurality of transmission interfaces. Known band steering mechanisms do not provide an efficient traffic load balancing between the two frequency bands which leaves part of the wireless communication capacities unused. To overcome these drawbacks, it is proposed to determine, among a plurality of transmission interfaces embedded in a communication device, which transmission interface to be used for transmitting said data to another communication device. Such a method enables traffic-load balancing between a plurality of transmission interfaces embedded in the communication devices. Such a method enables a communication device to transmit data packets simultaneously on a plurality of transmission interfaces to one or more communication devices.

摘要： An IP-to-PLMN gateway (IPG) enables extension of the PLMN messaging domain into IP domains. Enhanced serrvice functions in a PLMN (such as store and forward, message waiting) are carried over into the messaging service available in the IP domains. The IPG has an SME interface which interfaces on the mobile network side with an SMSC. A presence management function detects and maintains data relating to presence status of users in the IP domain.

摘要： The present invention proposes a method for mobile communication. The method includes assigning one or more Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Numbers. (MSISDNs) to a subscriber of a Home Public Mobile Network (HPMN) upon receiving a subscription activation message from the subscriber at a Signaling Gateway (SG). The subscriber has an HPMN Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) with a corresponding HPMN International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) and an HPMN MSISDN. 摘要： A method and apparatus for efficiently processing packets from neighboring basic service sets (BSSs) to characterize the traffic within a wireless local area network (WLAN), mesh network, or similar wireless communication system is disclosed. The apparatus may be an access point (AP) in a BSS which includes a measurement period (MP) interval timer, a promiscuous measurement period (PMP) timer and a receiver filter. An interval of the MP interval timer is set while the receiver filter is enabled. During the interval, the AP only processes packets which originated from the AP's own BSS. When the MP interval timer expires, a value of the PMP timer is set to a predetermined time duration and the receiver filter is disabled. During the predetermined time duration, the AP processes all received packets irrespective of which BSS the packets originated from. The receiver filter is again enabled when the PMP timer expires.
