摘要： [Problem] To provide headphones that can be inexpensively manufactured without requiring any high-level manufacturing technology in terms of manufacturing of a diaphragm, and is capable of reproducing an audio signal without sound deterioration in a wide range of frequency band by minimizing resonant frequencies at high frequencies. [Solution] For headphones that are equipped with two headphone driver units, ear pads that are provided on the headphone driver units, and a headphone band for connecting the two headphone driver units together, each headphone driver unit is equipped with a headphone driver comprising a diaphragm, a voice coil which is fixed to the diaphragm, a magnet which is positioned next to the voice coil, a yoke which is provided opposite to the magnet via a voice coil, and a frame for mounting the magnet and the yoke and for fixing a periphery section of the diaphragm, wherein the diaphragm is molded by using a mixture of a paper material and a nanofiber material.

摘要： The invention provides a magnetic yoke used for a moving-iron microphone/transducer comprising soft magnet in shape of a frame having an inner through hole. The soft magnet has two end surfaces from one of which to the other extends the inner through hole and an outer peripheral surface which extends around the inner through hole. The soft magnet is one-piece configured. The invention also provides a method for manufacturing the above magnetic yoke comprising drawing a soft magnetic material adapted for manufacture of the magnetic yoke to form a soft magnetic tube with an inner through hole by adopting drawing process for metal tube; and cutting the soft magnetic tube along a direction perpendicular to a length direction of the inner through hole in terms of a desired size of the magnetic yoke, to obtain the soft magnet of the magnetic yoke. As compared with the conventional magnetic yokes, the magnetic yoke of the invention has simpler structure and lower manufacturing cost. The magnetic circuit is greatly improved due to a novel manufacturing process. Additionally, the magnetic yoke can be made in various shapes and thus can be used in many occasions. Thus the invention has good application prospect.

In one implementation, the planar magnetic transducer (120) can include multiple neodymium magnets (150) aligned in rows on top of a stator (130). Each neodymium magnet (150) may be aligned with another neodymium magnet (150), and each pair of neodymium magnets (150) can be separated by a gap. The transducer can hav spacers (140) to fill each gap and separate each pair of neodymium magnets (150). Cyanoacrylate adhesive (210, 160) can bond th neodymium magnets to the stator and bond each spacer between each pan' of neodymium magnets.

摘要： A magnetic circuit having a dual magnet, a speaker and a vibration generating apparatus using the same are provided.
