摘要： Each one of a plurality of teleconferencing servers detects communication quality levels for a network between the teleconferencing sever and each one of a plurality of teleconferencing terminals, then transmits the detected communication quality levels to a specification server (Step S7). The specification server specifies a recording server based on the communication quality levels it has received from each of the teleconferencing servers (Step S9). In a case where a recording start instruction has been issued (YES at Step S11), a recording start command is transmitted to the specified recording server (Step S13). The recording server to which the recording start command has been input stores the media data that it relays in a media data storage portion (Step S15).

The method includes: determining whether an image acquisition target exists in an image acquisition area within a current period; and if the image acquisition target is absent from the image acquisition area within the current period, skipping reporting image information of the image acquisition area within the current period to a multipoint control unit. The method, device, and system for multipoint video communication disclosed by the present invention can implement that an image acquisition target always exists in an image corresponding to the image information reported to the multipoint control unit, which avoids a waste of system resources caused by absence of an image acquisition target from an image corresponding to image information reported to the multipoint control unit, thereby saving the system resources, reducing load of the multipoint control unit, and improving overall performance of the system for multipoint video communication.

摘要： A video display system which enhances the smoothness of meeting and includes a video information terminal device typified by a liquid crystal projector, a video display unit typified by a whiteboard, a server which stores information, a user terminal device typified by a mobile terminal held by a member of meeting is provided. A host of a meeting transmits information regarding time, members, and contents of the meeting to the server. A created reservation list and a created participant list of a meeting room are displayed on the video display unit by the video information terminal device. The display is updated depending on an attendance/nonattendance answer from a member. A diagram or letters written on the video display unit during the meeting are captured by the video information terminal device, inverted in brightness, stored in a memory, and displayed as a video image. At the end of the meeting, video data stored in the memory is stored as a file. When the meeting is resumed, the stored file is reproduced, developed in the memory, and displayed as a video image.
