A conference initiator creates a video conference, and sends conference information of the video conference to a call management server; the call management server sends a first notice to a participant according to the received conference information; the participant triggers a first conference television terminal to access the video conference according to the received first notice; and the participant triggers a second conference television terminal to access the video conference according to the received first notice when a conference site is changed.
