    • An image transmitting apparatus comprises a wireless communication unit that wirelessly transmits frame images in synchronism with reference sync signals. A received image displaying apparatus comprises: a wireless communication unit that wirelessly receives the frame images transmitted by the image transmitting apparatus with which the received image displaying apparatus has established a connection of wireless communication; and a displaying unit that displays the frame images, which were wirelessly received by the wireless communication unit, in an order in which the frame images were captured.     • A system is used for synthesizing an image signal for a main scene with a plurality of image signals from image pickup devices for taking inset scenes so as to display the inset scenes over the main scene on a single screen. The system forms a signal representative of a drive timing (DT) for a TV inset scene camera (15), from a synchronizing signal (CS) in an image signal for one main scene (xo(t)). The TV inset scene camera (15) is actuated by the drive timing (DS) to provide an inset scene image (yo(t)) signal synchronizing with the synchronizing signal of the main scene (xo(t)). The drive timing serves to switch (ST) the main scene image signal and the inset scene image signal from one to another to synthesize another image signal. If a plurality of image pickup devices are provided remotely from each other, these image pickup devices are connected with each other through a communication line (130). The synchronizing signal separated (111) from the main scene image signal (x(t)) is supplied (121,123) to each inset scene image pickup device (120) through the communication line (130) while the image signal (y(t)) from the inset scene image pickup device (124) without a synchronizing signal is fed (125,116) to the main scene image pickup device (110) through a common communication line (130).

    • It is provided a method for a computerized, server autonomously producing a TV show of a sports game in a scene. The method includes receiving from several video cameras a stream of video images of the scene for capturing a panoramic view of the scene, analyzing the stream of video images for allowing definition of several frame streams, determining location data of the frame streams accordingly, and rendering an active frame stream with images imaging a respective portion of the panoramic view of the scene.     • In one embodiment, a method for synchronizing a plurality of video signals received from one or more video sources is provided. The method includes providing one or more video sources and providing a codec including an internal reference oscillator. The method also includes generating a plurality of horizontal and vertical synchronization pulses based on the reference frequency of the internal reference oscillator, generating a composite synchronization pulse based on the plurality of horizontal and vertical synchronization pulses, and transmitting the composite synchronization pulse to the one or more video sources via a communication link. The method further includes separating the composite synchronization pulse back into the plurality of horizontal and vertical synchronization pulses, generating a pixel clock signal for the one or more video sources based on one or more of the plurality of horizontal and vertical synchronization pulses, and genlocking the one or more video sources based on the generated clock signal.
