摘要： Solutions for improved network core handling of dual stack internet protocol (IP), such as IPv4v6, include receiving, by a first wireless network node, from a user equipment (UE), a request for a packet data session, the request identifying a dual stack IP type having a first IP type and a second IP type; based on at least the first IP type of the dual stack IP type not matching a supported IP type of a second wireless network node, receiving, by the first wireless network node, from the second wireless network node, a deregistration request for the UE; and transmitting, by the first wireless network node, to the UE, a message that triggers the UE to request a new packet data session without exiting the current radio access technology (RAT). In some examples, the first network node comprises an access mobility function (AMF) or a mobility management entity (MME).

摘要： A device, method and system of using a first user equipment (UE) as a small evolved NodeB (eNB) for a small cell may comprise receiving a first long term evolution (LTE) packet from a second UE over the small cell; converting the first LTE packet into a first transmission control protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/IP) packet, wherein the converting includes retrieving payload data from the first LTE packet and encapsulating the payload data into the first TCP/IP packet by adding a TCP/IP header to the payload data, and wherein the TCP/IP header includes an IP address of an Evolved Packet Core (EPC) network associated to Internet based on a TCP/IP tunneling protocol; and transmitting the first TCP/IP packet to an Internet destination via the EPC connected with the first UE through an Internet server over a local area network (LAN).

摘要： A method for the translation between IPv4 and IPv6 is disclosed, including: a BIH link tracker and quick translator are provided in a network core and when a link is established between an IPv4 client and IPv6 server, a standard translator translates and sends to the IPv6 server, a packet sent from the IPv4 client to the IPv6 server, and the BIH link tracker extracts and records information on link and translation of the IPv4 client and IPv6 server from the packet for interaction therebetween; and during a process of sending the packet after establishing the link between the IPv4 client and IPv6 server, the packet is sent to the quick translator which translates and sends the packet according to the information on the translation corresponding to the information on the link recorded by the BIH link tracker. A device for the translation between IPv4 and IPv6 is also disclosed.
