摘要： The present invention discloses an energy saving state method, a management server, and a network device. The method includes: determining, by an NFVO, a current value of an energy efficiency status parameter of a first NF, where the energy efficiency status parameter is a parameter configured for the first NF; and sending, by the NFVO, first indication information to a management node of a first resource, where the first indication information includes the current value, and is used to instruct the management node to set an energy saving state of the first resource as an energy saving state indicated by the current value, and the first resource is a resource for implementing the first NF. In embodiments of the present invention, an energy saving state of the first NF and the energy saving state of the first resource for implementing the first NF are adjusted to be consistent by transferring an energy efficiency status parameter value of the first NF between the NFVO and the resource management node, thereby resolving a problem of difficult coordinated control between an NF and a resource for implementing the NF during energy-saving control in the NFV field.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method, a network element device and a communication system. The method includes: receiving a create or update message of a PDP context sent by a sending end, where the create or update message carries a quality of service parameter of the PDP context; determining, according to the quality of service parameter, whether a user plane tunnel of a bearer corresponding to the PDP context can be encapsulated through a UDP-Lite protocol, and returning, to the sending end, a response message carrying determination result information, so that when receiving the determination result information indicating that encapsulation can be performed through the UPD-Lite protocol, the sending end encapsulates the user plane tunnel of the bearer corresponding to the PDP context through the UDP-Lite protocol. The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention can encapsulate some services having a high packet error resilient into UDP-Lite protocol packets, which, compared with the prior art, omits check on loads of the messages, thereby significantly improving data transmission efficiency.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to assignment or generation of reducer virtual machines after the “map” phase is substantially complete in MapReduce. Instead of a priori placement, distribution of keys after the “map” phase over the mapper virtual machines can be used to efficiently reducer tasks in virtualized cloud infrastructure like OpenStack. By solving a constraint optimization problem, reducer VMs can be optimally assigned to process keys subject to certain constraints.
