    • A microprocessor (2) includes a memory (3), an input/output port (4) and a switch controller (6). Transmission data (D), a spread code (SC) and an inverted code (ISC) are stored in the memory (3). The switch controller (6) generates a spread spectrum signal (SS) by calling up either of the spread code (SC) or the inverted code (ISC) in accordance with a bit of the transmission data (D). A switch (5) connected to the input/output port (4) is switched on and off on the basis of the spread spectrum signal (SS). In addition, an antenna (7) is connected to the input/output port (4) via a coupler (8). An oscillation circuit (9) is formed of a reference oscillator (10) and a BPF (11) and inputs a harmonic of a reference signal (CLK) to the coupler (8) as a carrier wave (LO).
