摘要： A fuel cell system is disclosed. The fuel cell system includes a support plate, a first fuel cell stack and a second fuel cell stack disposed to be spaced apart from each other on an upper portion of the support plate, a first current collection structure electrically connecting first current collection pads of the first and second fuel cell stacks to an external circuit, and a second current collection structure electrically connecting second current collection pads of the first and second fuel cell stacks to the external circuit, wherein the first current collection structure includes a first current collection portion having a first end portion electrically connected to the external circuit, a second current collection portion extending to be not parallel to the first current collection portion from a second end portion opposite the first end portion of the first current collection portion and including an upper plate portion that is bent in a certain angle at an end of an extended length, and a third current collection portion including a first upper pad connection portion connected between a first side of the upper plate portion and a first bent groove, and a second upper pad connection portion connected to a second side of the upper plate portion parallel to the first side with the second bent groove therebetween.

摘要： A fuel cell assembly is disclosed comprising a fuel cell electrode component and a reactant gas flow component ink bonded thereto. In one aspect direct bonding of a gas diffusion layer with a flow field is achieved allowing a simplified structural configuration. In another aspect improved component printing techniques reduce corrosion effects. In a further aspect flow fields are described providing reactant channels extending in both the horizontal and vertical directions, i.e. providing three dimensional flow. In a further aspect an improved wicking material allows wicking away and reactant humidification. In a further aspect improved mechanical fastenings and connectors are provided. In a further aspect improved humidification approaches are described. Further improved aspects are additionally disclosed.

摘要： Systems and methods are provided for arranging processing units in a common volume to allow for processing of a fluid flow as part of a mass and/or heat transfer process. Fuel cells are examples of processing units that include separate flow paths for processing two input fluid flows with mass and/or heat transfer between the separate flow paths. The arrangements described herein can allow a gas phase fluid flow to be delivered to a first process flow path of processing units in a common volume. The gas phase fluid flow can be delivered in a relatively uniform manner without the use of an intervening manifold to distribute gas from the common volume into the processing units.

摘要： [Problem] To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a separator assembly for a fuel cell, with which it is possible to highly accurately align a separator and a spring member even without enlarging the separator for alignment purposes or enlarging the contour of the spring member to the same size as that of the separator. [Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention has: a preparation step for preparing a first separator (13), a second separator (14), and an elastic member (30); a first placement step for positioning the elastic member and placing the same on a placement surface; a second placement step for positioning the first separator in relation to the elastic member, and placing the first separator so as to overlap the elastic member; and a joining step for joining the elastic member and first separator which have been positioned and made to overlap. In the second placement step, the first separator is made to overlap the elastic member while first positioning members for positioning the elastic member are made to retract into the placement surface.
