    • A pneumatic pressure detector (12) for a fire alarm system (10) includes a housing (14) having an internal surface (18) defining an interior volume (20). Also included is an alarm switch (26) located within the interior volume (20) of the housing (14) and comprising a first deformable diaphragm (28) responsive to an increase in pressure of a gas disposed in a sensor tube (30) to indicate an overheat condition.     • Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Druckregler zur Erfassung eines Gasdrucks mit einem Drucksensor versehen, der eine unter Federvorspannung stehende Membran aufweist. Diese betätigt einen Schaltkontakt (23), dem mindestens ein fester Kontakt (28) zugeordnet ist. Vorzugsweise ist der Schaltkontakt (23) zwischen zwei festen Kontakten (28,29) angeordnet. Durch gezieltes Einstellen der Federvorspannung wird ein Druckpunkt eingestellt, bei dem ein Kräftegleichgewicht zwischen der vorgespannten Feder und dem auf der Membran (17) wirkenden Druck vorhanden ist. Der bewegliche Kontakt (23) steht in diesem Zustand in einem indifferenten Gleichgewicht und kann sowohl den ersten festen Kontakt (28) wie auch den zweiten festen Kontakt (29) berühren. In diesem Schwebezustand wird der bewegliche Kontakt (23) von der Elektronik gehalten.
      Durch Auswertend es Verhältnisses der Zeiten, in denen der bewegliche Kontakt (23) den ersten festen Kontakt (28) berührt, zu den Zeiten, in denen der bewegliche Kontakt (23) den zweiten festen Kontakt (29) berührt, lässt sich ein Signalwert ermitteln, der den Istwert des Drucks kennzeichnet. Obwohl der Drucksensor nur Schaltkontakte aufweist ermöglicht er eine analoge Druckerfassung. Vorzugsweise ist der Schaltkontakt (23) hysteresefrei.

      This pressure switch (100) comprising a chamber (11) that is hermetically divided by an impermeable elastic diaphragm (4) into two compartments (111, 112). The first compartment (111) is fillable with liquid (300) coming from a tank (200). The diaphragm (4) is able to become elastically deformed, varying the volume of the two compartments (111, 112) on the basis of the liquid (300) filling status of the first compartment (111).
      Inventively, the pressure switch (100) communicates with open vertical conduits (16, 22) suitable for enabling first the air in the chamber (111) and then the liquid (300) to exit in a vertical direction on the basis of a thrust due to the pressure of the liquid (300).
      In this way, it is possible to overcome the drawbacks created by the presence of air that would become compressed inside the chamber (111), and which in the absence of vertical discharge conduits (16, 22) would be generated, and it is thus possible to use this pressure switch in a simple and reliable manner to detect the variation in the level (302, 303) of liquid (300) in the tank (200) (Fig. 2).
