摘要： The disclosure presents a DiNC system and method to contextually communicate and share data amongst networked healthcare entities. It is configured to dynamically design virtual enablement services for the networked healthcare entities. DiNC is a service focused arrangement where communication is core to effect healthcare delivery. It allows user interaction both in context of a case management or in general communication. These interactions can be performed using multiple communication channels. It also facilitates healthcare services between the patients, who visit hospital and present in remote areas, with hospitals and doctors. The services provided are one amongst a catalog including but not limited to appointment scheduling, virtual doctor consultation, care follow ups of the patients and maintaining the case history of individual patients. 摘要： The invention relates to rapidly adaptable nanotherapeutics. The therapeutics are nucleic acid molecules, such as, RNA, DNA, or modified-DNA. The nucleic acid therapeutics are preferably administered as a nanoparticle composition, further containing one or more synthetic polymers. The therapeutics are rapidly adaptable because the identification and design of the polynucleotide sequence containing the therapeutic sequence is based upon rapid computer-implemented bioinformatics and nucleic acid synthesis protocols. The rapid adaptable protocols differ from traditional methods of antibiotic and antipathogenic drug development, which are slow and do not address drug resistance issues. Furthermore, the invention encompasses a facility with dedicated apparatus for practicing the invention in military theater or where emerging pathogenic threats are located. This facility may be mobile and transportable as a dedicated unit.

摘要： A system and method for obtaining, storing, processing and utilizing immunologic information of individuals and populations is presented. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a biological sample can be taken from one or more individuals and the sample submitted to one or more panels of assays. The results of the assays can be stored and analyzed, and such analysis can include (i) calculating derived quantities which take the results of the assays as inputs, and (ii) submitting the results and the derived quantities to a set of rules, each of which has a defined output state. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, based upon the output state of the rules, an appropriate recommendation as to one or more immunization or other interventions can be generated and incorporated with provider and patient reminders. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention the results of the assays and the recommendation, as well as additional information specific to the individual can be stored for further analysis. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention the assay panel or panels can be chosen as a function of a defined demographic group or enterprise affinity into which the individual corresponds. In exemplary embodiments a database can be maintained for storing and further processing of all immunologic informatics collected according to the methods of the present invention, and can be further processed or used to optimize the delivery of products and/or services in various commercial, research and governmental contexts.
