摘要： Methods, systems, and computer storage media for providing a set of common flat files in a composite image that can be mounted as a container (i.e. composite container) to support isolation and interoperation of computing resources. Container management is provided for a container management system based on a composite image file system engine that executes composite operations to support resource isolation and operating system (OS) virtualization functionality. In particular, a layout manager operates with a composite engine interface to support generating composite images with optimized configurations (i.e., pre-alignment and pre-computed hashes of for executable files). In operation, a plurality of files for generating a composite image are accessed. The composite image for the plurality of files is generated while pre-processing executable files, where pre-processing the one or more files comprises pre-aligning the executable files in the composite image or pre- computing a hash for the executable files in the composite image.

If a quantity of idle resources of the first worker node is greater than or equal to the quantity of resources required for scale-up, the first worker node increases a resource quota of the to-be-scaled-up cloud instance based on the quantity of resources required for scale-up.

In this application, memory load of service nodes in a service system can be balanced, and losses in memory performance and costs can be avoided, so that use performance of memory resources is improved. The service system includes a plurality of service nodes. A memory of at least one of the plurality of service nodes is divided into a local resource and a global resource. The local resource is used to provide memory storage space for a local service node, the global resource of the at least one service node forms a memory pool, and the memory pool is used to provide memory storage space for the plurality of service nodes. When a specific condition is satisfied, at least a part of space in the local resource is transferred to the memory pool, or at least a part of space in the memory pool is transferred to the local resource.

The emulator assigns port identification information to each of controllers connected via wire or radio, the port identification information indicating to which of a controller connection port of the targeted device and the controller connection ports of the expansion device connected to the device the controller is assumed to be connected. The assigned port identification information is provided to a process for receiving an operation carried out on the controller.

摘要： In one embodiment, a method comprises receiving by an apparatus, via a wide area network, a request for deployment of a selected one of available virtualized network services advertised by the apparatus, the request identifying a host service provider to deploy the one virtualized network service; identifying, by the apparatus, virtualized network functions required by the host service provider for implementation of the one virtualized network service, each virtualized network function having a corresponding and distinct virtualized container specifying attributes for defining execution of the corresponding virtualized network function within one or more physical machines of the host service provider; and sending to the host service provider, by the apparatus, a service container specifying instructions for deploying the one virtualized network service, the service container including instructions for deploying the virtualized network functions as interdependent for implementation of the one virtualized network service by the host service provider.
