摘要： An image forming apparatus performs printing of only a special color area by extracting an area to which a special color ink is to be applied or an area to which a decorative printing, such as a texture, is to be performed and not applying ink on an area other than the extracted area. The printing system comprises in storage a media list of media types. Each media type in the list is provided with at least one predetermined distance. The scheduling module is configured to move an image of the plurality of images in the printing arrangement from an originally planned location of the web to a new location of the web such that a distance of the new location to an end of the web, which end is closest to the originally planned location, is larger than the at least one predetermined distance. Also a method for such a printing system is revealed.

The document data includes color plane image data and transparent plane image data. The display processing apparatus includes a transparent display data generating unit, a preview image generating unit, and a display control unit. The transparent display data generating unit generates, based on the document data, a plurality of pieces of transparent display data that show a result of image formation corresponding to the transparent processing performed with the transparent developer on the drawing areas on which the same transparent processing is performed for each type of the transparent processing. The preview image generating unit arranges a color display plane on which the color plane image data is displayed at a predetermined position of the color display plane in the preview image and arranges in a superimposed manner a plurality of transparent display planes on which the pieces of transparent display data are displayed at a plurality of positions of the transparent display planes that are determined based on the position of the color display plane in accordance with a predetermined rule and that are different from one another, so as to generate the preview image obtained by projecting the color display plane and the transparent display planes that are arranged in a three-dimensional space onto a two-dimensional plane. The display control unit displays the preview image on a display screen.

That is, each of the plurality of managed computers has a data spooler that adds jobs in a data queue. The jobs in the data queue is transmitted to the device one by one. An information requesting system transmits a request command that requests a device to return the device information when the number of jobs in the data queue is equal to or less than a predetermined value. Then, an information receiving system receives the device information returned from the device, which is stored in the storage.
